Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of diffusion-weighted imaging?DWI?with multiple models parameters analyses in endometrial cancer.Methods:34 cases of patients with pathologically confirmed endometrial cancer without radbiotherapy?21 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma,include:13 cases of G1 and8 cases of G2-3;other of the rest are non-endometrioid adenocarcinoma,13cases?underwent IVIM scan with 9 b values?0?1200 s/mm2?.The parameter values of monoexponential model, the biexponential model and the stretched-exponential model were calculated for all the above cases, using two independent simple t test to compare the difference between the group of G1 and the group of G2-3,P<0.05 was considered to indicate a significance difference. The ADCstand of endometrioid adenocarcinoma was correlated with the D?D*?f??and DDC by using Pearson correlation analysis, using two independent simple t test to compare the difference between the group of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and the group of non-endometrioid adenocarcinoma,P<0.05 was considered to indicate a significance difference. Results:The ADCstand?D and DDC of G1 were significantly higher than those of G2-3,the f was lower than this of G2-3.The ADCstand of endometrioid adenocarcinoma was positively correlated with D and DDC?r=0.955,0.892,P<0.001?,while negatively correlated with f?r=-0.926,P<0.001?.The ADCstand?D?D*and f of endometrioid adenocarcinoma was lower than this of non-endometrioid adenocarcinoma?P<0.05?.Conclusion:IVIM-DWI has clinical value in the diagnosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The D of biexponential model and the DDCof stretched-exponential model have important value for the diagnosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
