The Anatomic Study Of Variations The Gastrocolic Trunk Of Henle

Objective: By studying the performance of the gastrocolic trunk of henle in enhanced CT three-dimensional vascular reconstruction,and to studying the difference of the variation of the gastrocolic trunk of henle between male and female.it is beneficial to the surgeon's understanding of the location and variation of the gastrocolic trunk of henle,and provides good guidance for vascular treatment in Pancreatic cancer,colon cancer and gastric cancer surgery.Methods: From January 2019 to January 2020,83 patients in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were treated with abdominal enhanced CT.The three-dimensional reconstruction of the gastric and colonic arteries and veins was performed by the maximum intensity projection(MIP)using the 128-msct enhanced scanning venous phase data of Neusoft.The collected data were processed by SPSS18.0 software,and the statistical analysis was carried by Fisher,s Exact Test,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Results: 1.There present the gastrocolic trunk of Henle(GTH)in 78 of 83 cases.with a rate of 93.9%.There are eight types of veins that can be divided into the gastrocolic trunk of Henle(GTH).Type 0 :Absence,Type ?: RGEV+RCV,Type?:RGEV+ASPDV+RCV,Type?:RGEV+SRCV+RCV,Type ?: RGEV+ASPDV,Type?:RGEV+ASPDV+SRCV+RCV,Type ?: RGEV+RCV+MCV,Type ?: RGEV+MCV.The frequencies of types 0 to ? occur as follows: 0.60%(n=5)?31.3%(n=26)?30.1%(n=25)?13.2%(n=11)?7.2%(n=6)?4.8%(n=4)?4.8%(n=4)?2.4%(n=2).2.According to the number of branches into the gastrocolic trunk of henle,it can be divided into four types.Type A:0 vein(6.0%),Type B:2 veins(40.9%),Type C:3veins(48.1%),Type D:4 veins(4.8%).3.There was no significant differences in the variation of the gastrocolic trunk of henle between male and female(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The branch and course of the gastrocolonic artery can be clearly reflected by the application of MSCT 3D reconstruction.Eight different types of variation were found in this study.The most common types of variation are as follows:Type ?: RGEV+RCV,Type?: RGEV+ASPDV+RCV,Type?:RGEV+S RCV+RCV,Type ?: RGEV+ASPDV,Type ?: RGEV+ASPDV+SRCV+RCV and Type ?: RGEV+RCV+MCV,Type 0:Absence,Type ?: RGEV+MCV.2.According to the number of branches into the gastrocolic trunk of henle,it can be divide d into four types.Type A:0 vein(6.0%),Type B:2 veins(40.9%),Type C:3 veins(48.1%),Type D:4 veins(4.8%),3.There was no significant differences in the variatio n of the gastrocolic trunk of henle between male and female.
