Objective: To evaluate the risk factor of upper urinary tract stone with preoperative infection or postoperative infection by analyze the data of patients which have PCNL in our hospital in order to prevent infection in early time.Methods: Seventy-six patients with upper urinary tract stones who underwent PCNL in the Department of Urology,the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from September 2017 to December 2019 were divided into groups.Preoperative infection group(n=40)and the control group(n=36).Postoperative infection group(n=38)and the control group(n=38).Comparison was made between the groups in gender,age,BMI,location of the urinary stone,the superficial area of the stone,preoperative leukocyte in blood,preoperative neutrophil ratio,preoperative leukocyte in urine,diabetes,hypertension,smoking history,drinking history,the length of the surgery,postoperative leukocyte in blood,postoperative neutrophil ratio which have significant difference in infection.Results: Compared with the control group,preoperative infection group have great significance in gender(P=0.031)and diabetes(P=0.003).Postoperative group have great significance in BMI(P=0.031)and the length of the surgery(P=0.000)age(P=0.024)and postoperative neutrophil ratio(P=0.000).Conclusions: We should pay more attention to the upper urinary tract stone patient who is female and with diabetes.And we must try our best to ensure the surgery to be finished quick and safe in order to reduce the risk of postoperative infection...
