Objective: The serological marker, soluble human stromalysin 2(sST2),has been confirmed as an independent predictor of prognosis of heart failure and ST-elevated myocardial infarction, but the study of impact on patients with non-ST-elevated acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS)is limited. We aimed to evaluate the relationship between sST2 and the degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients with NSTE-ACS,without reflow(NRP)and prognosis. Methods: This study included 205 patients with NSTE-ACS who received percutaneous coronary intervention. At admission,sST2 was measured and patients were divided into sST2?34.2 ng / ml group and sST2> 34.2 ng / ml group according to the best cut-off value.Compare the difference between baseline and coronary angiography charactor between the two groups, calculate the correlation between sST2 and the severity of coronary artery through spearman rank correlation coefficient, logistic regression analysis to determine whether sST2 is an independent predictor of NRP,and finally analyze the The predicted value of the prognosis. Results: Compared with patients with low sST2 levels, patients with high sST2 levels had higher total cholesterol, white blood cells(WBC),troponin ?(cTnI)and amino-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),while kidney The estimated value of the ball filtration rate is low.Patients in the high sST2 level group may be associated with a higher gensini score and polyvascular disease.sST2 has predictive value for NRP,but multivariate logistic regression indicates that it is not an independent predictor of NRP(OR: 1.018,95% CI 0.986-1.05,P <0.261).sST2> 34.2 ng / ml has a high predictive value for MACCE in NSTE-ACS patients(AUC = 0.84,95% CI0.75-0.93,P <0.001),and is an independent predictor of 1-year prognosis(HR: 1.08,95% CI 1.06-1.11,P <0.001).Conclusion: The concentration of sST2 is related to the degree of coronary artery stenosis.sST2 has predictive value for NRP and MACCE in NSTE-ACS patients, and is an independent predictor of MACCE,but sST2 is not an independent predictor of NRP.
