To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Warming And Clearing Fang Combined With Tacrolimus In The Treatment Of Senile Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of warming and clearing fang combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and damp-heat intrinsic senile nephrotic syndrome.Methods:Forty-eight patients with senile nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 24 patients in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment by western medicine,the control group was given treatment with huangkui capsule and tacrolimus,and the observation group was given treatment with warming and clearing fang and tacrolimus.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment the total curative effect and TCM symptom integral evaluation,observed treatment 1 month,3 months,6 months later,serum Albumin content,24 hours urinary total protein,serum triglycerides,total cholesterol,and the subsequent infections,treatment for 6 months,and the result analysis.Results:1.A total of 48 patients were included,one of whom fell off in each group,one of whom withdrew due to poor compliance in the observation group,and one of whom withdrew due to increased proteinuria in the control group.A total of 46 patients completed the 6-month observational study,with23 patients in each of the two groups.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(> 0.05),suggesting comparability.2.The effective rate of the observation group was 78.3%,which was better than 60.9% of the control group,with statistically significant difference(< 0.05).3.After 6 months of treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased(< 0.05),which was statistically significant.The observation group was superior to the control group(< 0.05).4.After 6 months of treatment,serum ALB level in both groups was increased(< 0.05);and 24H-UTP was decreased(< 0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group(< 0.05).5.After 6 months of treatment,serum cholesterol and triglyceride in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(< 0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group(< 0.05).6.During the treatment,the infection was 21.7% in the observation group and 39.1% in the control group,which was lower than that in the control group(< 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Warming and clearing fang can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and damp-heat intrinsic senile nephrotic syndrome.2.Warming and clearing fang can reduce the 24-hour urinary protein quantification in patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and damp-heat intrinsic elderly nephrotic syndrome,increase the serum albumin level,and help improve lipid metabolism.3.Warming and clearing fang can reduce the risk of infection in patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and damp-heat inherent elderly nephrotic syndrome.
