The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Failure With Modification Of Hanshi Zishen Decoction

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Hanshi Zishen Decoction in treating 45 patients with premature ovarian failure?POF?,exploring the definite effect of Hanshi Zishen decoction,analyzing its mechanism,and providing effective diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 45 patients with premature ovarian failure who met the criteria for inclusion in this subject were collected from June 2018 to December 2019,and they were treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Then,before and after self-control,compare the TCM syndrome scores of patients before and after treatment,the changes of serum FSH and E2 values,the changes of uterine and ovarian volume displayed by ultrasound and the total efficacy.The collected data application software SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:The TCM syndromes of patients before and after treatment were all improved;hot sweating,decreased libido,sore waist and knees,dizziness and tinnitus scores were significantly decreased,all of which were significantly different?P<0.01?,insomnia,dreams,vulva The symptoms of pain,dry eyes and dizziness were significantly improved compared with before treatment,with statistical significance?P<0.01?.The levels of FSH and E₂ changed significantly before and after treatment,with statistical significance?P<0.01?,ultrasound The volume of the uterus After treatment,the analysis concluded that the total effective rate was 93.33%.Conclusion:Hanshi zishen Decoction has a definite curative effect on the treatment of premature ovarian failure.It can not only can significantly change the FSH and E₂ indexes of patients,but also improve the clinical symptoms of the patient,increase the volume of the uterus and ovaries,and have no obvious side effects.The unique advantages of Chinese medicine.
