Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia With Yin Deficiency And Fire Flourishing With Xue Anning

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Xue anning decoction in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing.Methods:To select 60 primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)patients with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing in the outpatient and inpatient syndrome of The First Affiliated Hospital of Hei Long Jiang University of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019.The 60 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),there were no significant differences in disease course,gender,age,platelet count,TCM syndrome score and liver and kidney function indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),All volunteered to participate in the study and gave informed consent,The treatment group was treated with Xue anning decoction combined with prednisone acetate,and the control group was only treated with prednisone acetate,The treatment time of each group was 3 months,The changes of platelet count,TCM symptom score and liver and kidney function before and after treatment were observed and recorded,The data before and after treatment were compared within the two groups and the data after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:1.The disease efficacy of the two groups and the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 76.7% and56.7%,respectively,There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The total clinical effective rate of TCM symptoms in the two groups was 86.7% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group,There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.In terms of western medicine curative effect,the platelet count of the two groups after treatment was improved to a certain extent compared with that before treatment,and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);The curative effect of western medicine intreatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).4.In terms of TCM syndrome scores,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were reduced to a certain extent compared with that before treatment,and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);The improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.In terms of safety indexes,There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Xue anning decoction combined with prednisone acetate in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia of Yin deficiency and fire flourishing type can improve the platelet count in peripheral blood.2.Xue anning decoction combined with prednisone acetate in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia of Yin deficiency and fire flourishing type can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.3.The combination of Xue anning decoction and prednisone acetate in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia patients with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing has a certain safety.
