Objective:The study observed the clinical improvement of Adding acupuncture to Point Shao Shang(Lu.11)and Point Yin Bai(SP.1)in treating insomnia patients with phlegm-heat internal disturbance type insomniaMethod:120 cases of insomnia patients with phlegm and heat disturbance were divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases each The control group used traditional acupuncture,and the treatment group used acupuncture Point Shao Shang(Lu.11)and Point Yin Bai(SP.1)combined with traditional acupuncture.Both groups were treated once a day for six days a week.A total of four weeks of treatment.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),the bref version of the World Health Organization Quality of Life(WHOQOL-BREF)and the TCM syndrome scale were used as evaluation criteria to compare the scores of the scales before and after treatment,and to evaluate the efficacyResult:1.Within the group comparison,the PSQI score and TCM symptom scale score decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and WHOQOL-BREF score increased after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05)2.Comparison between groups,sleep quality,sleep time,day function,total score and TCM syndrome scale scores in PSQI,the treatment group were less than the control group(P<0.05);comparison between groups,the physiology in WHOQOL-BREF The field and psychological field scores increased in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05)3.The total effective rate of insomnia in the treatment group was 93.3 3%,and the total effective rate of insomnia in the control group was 81.66%.There was a statistical difference in the curative effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Adding acupuncture to Point Shao Shang(Lu.11)and Point Yin Bai(SP.1)and simple traditional acupuncture are effective in treating phlegm-heat internal disturbance insomnia.2.Adding acupuncture to Point Shao Shang(Lu.11)and Point Yin Bai(SP.1)are superior to traditional acupuncture in improving sleep quality,sleep time,daytime function,the physiological and psychological areas of daily life in patients with phlegm-heat internal disturbance type insomnia.3.Adding acupuncture to Point Shao Shang(Lu.11)and Point Yin Bai(SP.1)are superior to traditional acupuncture in improving the symptoms and signs of insomnia caused by Phlegm with internal heat disturbance.
