Objective To explore the risk factors of T2 DM Mellitus patients with chronic complications. Methods From January 1,2019 to December 31,2019,a total of 500 patients with T2 DM were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology,Shenzhen Hospital,Peking University.Demographic data and clinical data of the patients were collected to analyze the characteristics and differences of clinical data of these four common chronic complications: diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic peripheral neuropathy and atherosclerosis. The influence of influencing factors on the prevalence of chronic complications of diabetes in the population.Univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to screen protective factors or risk factors for chronic complications in diabetic patients. Results The average age of the 500 patients with T2 DM was 57.10 ± 12.393 years, and the average course of disease was 10.06 ± 7.231 years, including 304(60.8%)males,196(39.2%)females,Hb A1 c 8.85% ± 2.181%(8.50%(7.20%,10.30%)),fbg8.22 ± 2.616mmol/l(7.70(6.32,9.71)mmol / L),triglyceride tg1.94 ±2.129mmol/l(1.44(1.05,2.03)mmol / L)Ldl-c3.18 ± 0.996mmol/l,hdl-c1.09 ±0.309mmol/l,Cr 74.92 ± 38.468umol/l,UA 353.43 ± 104.979umol/l.The prevalence of diabetic nephropathy was 29.4%,diabetic retinopathy was 24.6%,peripheral neuropathy was 75.8%,and atherosclerosis was 85.0%.Single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis showed that age, course of disease, abnormal lipid metabolism, creatinine and uric acid may be related to the occurrence of chronic diabetic complications.Diabetic nephropathy may be related to the course of disease,BMI,TG,Cr,UA,LDL-C,among which the or values of long course, increase of BMI,LDL-C and HDL-C are 1.073,1.098,1.259 and 1.028 respectively. The age, course of disease,Hb A1 c of glycosylated hemoglobin in type 2 diabetic patients were correlated with the incidence of diabetic retinopathy(P.Age,course of disease,Hb A1 c and diabetic retinopathy were correlated(P < 0.05).Age,course of disease and whether diabetic peripheral neuropathy is related to the difference(P < 0.05).Age and course of disease are the risk factors of DPN in type 2 diabetic patients,or values are1.027 and 1.160 respectively. The course of disease is the risk factor of all the chronic complications of T2DM(diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, atherosclerosis),or value is 1.073,1.070,1.160,1.090 respectively. Conclusion Age,course of disease, abnormal lipid metabolism, creatinine and uric acid may be related to the occurrence of chronic complications of diabetes. The course of disease is a risk factor for all chronic complications of type 2 diabetes(diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, atherosclerosis). This suggests that patients with long-term and older type 2 diabetes have a higher risk of developing chronic complications of diabetes, suggesting that a more comprehensive screening of complications is needed in the follow-up of this group of patients.
