Although the temporomandibular joint studied in this subject is very small,but the complexity is very high,affecting people's daily mouth movements,such as chewing,speaking and other functions are closely related to the temporomandibular joint,related oral dysfunction caused by abnormal temporomandibular joint It will also attract more and more people's attention.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the movement mechanism of the temporomandibular joint.In this article,the mandibular motion data is acquired based on binocular vision technology,and the motion state of the temporomandibular joint is reconstructed in combination with 3D CBCT image.On the basis of the previous research results of the project group,a new coding marker fixing device is designed,and the coding marker points are customized,the identification and detection of encoding markers is accomplished by binocular vision,image recognition and detection technology,and the three-dimensional coordinate position of coding marker Center is reconstructed.Use three-dimensional region growth algorithm to complete the segmentation of upper and lower jaws.Based on the principle of rigid body motion,the three-dimensional coordinates of the coded markers are used to calculate the jaw movement matrix.Finally,the segmented upper and lower jaw data and the motion matrix are used to visualize the motion state of the temporomandibular joint.Diagnostic data of the temporomandibular joint is generally obtained by conventional medical imaging techniques or condylar trajectory tracing instruments,while conventional medical images can only observe static temporomandibular joints,which are expensive and complicated to operate,and Can only trace the two-dimensional curve of the condyle movement.The temporomandibular joint motion visualization system studied in this paper has high precision and accuracy.It provides a new idea for the study of temporomandibular joint disease and provides new data for the diagnosis of temporomandibular joint disease.
