Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of swimming training on the staff of bending over desk with chronic neck pain symptoms;Investigates the rehabilitation effect of different swimming postures on the staff of bending over desk with neck pain;To explore the rehabilitation effect of different swimming training periods on the staff of bending over desk with neck pain.Methods:Twenty patients,aged 27-49 years,complained of head and neck pain,recurring pain,and had a disease course of more than 3 months and had no regular movement history within 6 months that met the inclusion criteria.The Subjects were divided into breaststroke group and freestyle group,schedule 8 or 16 weeks of training.Carry out swimming training program and measure neck disability index(NDI)/ numeric rating scale(NRS),range of motion(ROM)which are from cervical spine,muscle endurance which are from neck extensor,and the maximum of vertebral artery mean blood flow before and after training.IBM SPSS 23.0 system was used for statistical analysis of measurement data.Independent sample t-test was used between groups and paired sample t-test was used within the group for comparison,repeated measurement ANOVA was used to compare the effects of different periods of the same stroke.The overall mean range was 95%,p < 0.05 with statistical difference.Result : 1.In the breaststroke group: after 8 weeks of training,there was a significant difference in NRS(p < 0.05),NRS was lower than that before training;there was a significant difference in the mean blood flow of left vertebral artery(p <0.05),The mean maximum blood flow was lower than that before training.After 16 weeks of training,there was a significant difference in left leaning activity(p < 0.05),and the left leaning activity increased;there were significant differences in NRS and the maximum mean blood flow of the left vertebral artery between the subjects(p <0.05),NRS and mean maximum blood flow decreased.2.Freestyle group: after 8weeks of training,the NRS of the subjects had a very significant difference(p < 0.01),NRS was lower than before training.After 16 weeks of training,there were significant differences in neck extension and right leaning activity(p < 0.05),and the right leaning and right stretching activity decreased compared with that before training.3.Comparison between groups: after 8 weeks of training,there was a significant difference between the breaststroke group and the freestyle group(p < 0.05)in the mean blood flow of the right vertebral artery,and the breaststroke group was lower than the freestyle group.Conclusions:1.Breaststroke and freestyle training are effective in treating neck pain of the staff of bending over desk.Among them,8 weeks of swimming training is more effective in treating neck pain than 16 weeks of swimming training;2.Breaststroke training can effectively improve the condition of vertebral artery blood flow of the staff of bending over desk.After breaststroke training,the mean blood flow of the vertebral artery decreases compared with that before the training,suggesting that the blood circulation of the vertebral artery is improved compared with the previous one;For the effect of improving the average blood flow of the vertebral artery,breaststroke training is better than freestyle training,and 16-week training is better than 8-week training;3.Different swimming styles and different periods of training have different effects on neck's range of motion;4.In this study,swimming training cannot effectively improve the muscular endurance of the extensor muscles of the neck and neck disability index of on the staff of bending over desk.
