Fracture is a very common orthopedic disease.When serious fracture occurs,it needs to be treated by operation in time.With the progress of science and technology,patients have higher requirements for the accuracy and treatment effect of fracture surgery.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve fracture surgery.However,there are many disadvantages in the current clinical operation methods of fracture.Firstly,it is difficult to achieve minimally invasive surgery,which is easy to cause more bleeding and wound infection.In addition,the internal fixation plate needs to be made by hand in the process of operation.The operation time of this method is long,and the plate made by hand based on the experience of doctors is not accurate enough,which leads to poor bone recovery.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward computer-aided automatic registration of curved bone and virtual pre-bending of internal fixation plate.This method first reconstructs the CT images of fracture curved bones to obtain the three-dimensional models,then uses a series of algorithms to automatically register the three-dimensional models of fracture curved bones,and then carries on the fitting of internal fixation plate according to the registered model.This study can provide a good preoperative planning for clinical surgery and the mean error is less than 1mm.Doctors can obtain various geometric parameters of internal fixation plate before surgery.It can greatly shorten the operation time and use minimally invasive therapy to fix,which can reduce the trauma.This study can improve the clinical effect of fracture surgery,and has a broad application prospect in personalized and minimally invasive treatment,which is of great significance for fracture treatment.
