| Objective:By building a WeChat platform to implement out-of-hospital health education for children and their families with allergic purpura,the role of WeChat health education model in the control and family management of allergic purpura in children outside the hospital,as well as the feasibility and clinical practical value of this model,were evaluated.Methods:Combined with the suggestions on the incidence,classification,diagnosis and treatment points,nursing points and the health model of allergic purpura in children at home and abroad Establish the public account of"Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University",strengthen the operation and management of WeChat public account platform,use the"one-to-many"and"one-to-one"models to push health education content,and build the"WeChat health education model".A total of 100 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and their families who were diagnosed and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and WeChat group(n=50).The control group adopted the out-of-hospital routine health education model,and the WeChat group adopted the out-of-hospital routine health education+WeChat health education model.Group intervention for 6 months,one day before discharge and 6months after intervention,the compliance of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and their family members’awareness of health education of Henoch-Schonlein purpura were statistically analyzed by"General data questionnaire for Children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura","Compliance questionnaire for Children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura"and"Health Education questionnaire for Henoch-Schonlein Purpura".To comprehensively evaluate the feasibility and clinical value of WeChat’s health education model.Results:1.Comparison of general data:there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of sex(χ~2=0.17,P>0.05),place of residence(χ~2=0.67,P>0.05),education level of main caregivers(χ~2=0.64,P>0.05)and family average monthly income(χ~2=0.90,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in age(t=1.03,P>0.05)and average length of stay(t=0.15,P>0.05).2.Comparison of compliance before and after intervention:there were no significant differences between the two groups in regular diet(t=0.50,P>0.05),reasonable exercise(t=-0.09,P>0.05),medication(t=1.76,P>0.05),regular revisit(t=0.78,P>0.05)and total compliance(t=0.81,P>0.05);In the control group,there were significant differences in regular diet(t=-9.11,P<0.05),reasonable exercise(t=-6.76,P<0.05),medication(t=-5.88,P<0.05),regular follow-up visits(t=-7.69,P<0.05)and total compliance(t=-10.18.P<0.05)before and after intervention;In WeChat group,there were significant differences between before and after intervention in regular diet(t=-11.18,P<0.05),reasonable exercise(t=-11.96,P<0.05),medication(t=-12.53,P<0.05),regular follow-up visit(t=-14.68,P<0.05)and total compliance(t=-15.44,P<0.05);The results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups before and after the intervention;After intervention,there were significant differences in regular diet(t=2.31,P<0.05),reasonable exercise(t=6.22,P<0.05),medication(t=7.31,P<0.05),regular visit(t=4.89,P<0.05)and total compliance(t=4.12,P<0.05)between the two groups.3.Comparison of awareness of health education before and after intervention:there was no significant difference in awareness of health education between the two groups before intervention(t=1.36,P>0.05),but there was significant difference in awareness of health education before and after intervention in WeChat group(t=18.71,P<0.05),and in control group before and after intervention(t=10.40,P<0.05).There was significant difference in awareness of health education between the two groups after intervention(t=15.82,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.After the intervention of WeChat health education model for 6months,it is proved that this model can not only improve the treatment compliance of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura,but also increase the family members’awareness of the disease.2.The use of WeChat health education model,combined with the various advantages of the third-class hospital in our hospital,can carry out comprehensive and dynamic management of patients and improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of medical workers through dynamic communication between doctors and patients.3.Wechat health education model can improve the self-management level of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura as a whole and stabilize the condition of children,so it is worth popularizing and using in clinic. |
