Objective: The sensitivity and specificity of serum glycosylation products in diabetic patients with normal proteinuria,microproteinuria and macroproteinuria were determined.To determine the correlation of the level of proteinuria in the CXCL5 with the diabetic patient.Methods: From September 2017 to March 2018,126 patients with type 2 diabetic admitted to the Endocrinology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of the University of QingDao were divided into the normal proteinuria group(0-30 mg/g),the microalbuminuria group(30-300 mg/g)and the large-scale proteinuria group(>300 mg/g)according to the standard of the urinary micro-albumin/myoglobin value(urine mALB/Cr).Of these,47 patients with normal proteinuria(Observation group 1),40 cases of microalbuminuria(Observation group 2)and 39 cases of proteinuria(Observation group 3).Other healthy physical examinees in the same period Forty cases were used as control group.Sex ratio,age,height and weight of healthy population in patients and controls were recorded.basic data such as BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio and course of disease were calculated.Alanine aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase,blood pressure,blood lipids,renal function,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,urinary microalbumin/creatinine were measured.non-invasive detection system for skin glycation end products was used to determine the cumulative amount of skin glycation end products and recorded.serum chemokines(CXCL5)and serum glycation end products were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:(1)The sex ratio,age,height,body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist and hip ratio and course of the course of the four groups were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the difference of alanine aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase in the four groups(P> 0.05).(3)The fasting blood glucose and HbA1 c level in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).(4)The level of TG in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the controlgroup TC,HDL-c were observed in the observation group.c Level differences were not statistically significant(P >0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the observation group and the control group(P >0.05).The blood pressure of the three groups was significantly higher than that of the two groups observed,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(6)The levels of CXCL5,skin ages and serum ages in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).Serum AGEs,CXCL 5,skin AGEs and urea nitrogen(P <0.05)were correlated with normal proteinuria.The correlation coefficients of the four indices were 0.294,0.344,0.233 and 0.050,respectively.(9)The correlation coefficient of m ALB/ Cr with a large number of albuminuria included serum AGEs,CXCL5,skin AGEs,and urea nitrogen(P <0.05).The correlation coefficients of these four indices were0.238,0.212,0,respectively.305 and 0.487.(10)The best point of tangency of serum AGEs was 1265.95,1411.22 and 1586.75,respectively,and the sensitivity was 81.25%,79.38% and 60.87%,respectively,and the specificity was 72.51%,83.64% and 65.42%,respectively.(11)The skin AGEs were predicted to be normal,The best point of tangency was 84.8,91.3 and 96.8,respectively,and the sensitivity was 74.30% and 68.41%,respectively.And the specificity was 85.21%,75.39% and 72.39%,respectively.(12)The serum AGEs had a correlation with the skin AGEs,r = 0.367,P = 0.005.Conclusion:In this study,skin and serum glycosylated products(AGEs)were used to determine the cut-off values of different albuminuria levels in diabetic patients.The determination of skin glycosylation products is non-invasive,rapid and does not need sample processing,which has certain reference value to clinical practice.CXCL5 is associated with diabetic proteinuria levels,and CXCL5 can serve as an indicator of changes in renal function in diabetic patients.
