Objection:To analyze the diagnostic value of US-FNAB combined BRAFV600 E detection in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules by Meta analysis.Method:The CNKI,Wan Fang database,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),pubmed were used to search the literature on US-FNAB combined BRAFV600 E detection to identify benign or malignant thyroid nodules in fine-needle aspiration biopsy.Two reviewers independently screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted the data and evaluated the quality of the literature.Meta analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3.Result:A total of 16 studies involving 2064 patients were included.Meta analysis showed that the diagnostic sensitivity(OR=0.44,95%CI:0.35~0.56,P?0.05),negative predictive value(OR=0.52,95%CI:0.41~0.67,P?0.05),and accuracy(OR=0.52,95%CI:0.43~0.62,P?0.05)of US-FNAB group compared with US-FNAB combined BRAFV600 Edetection group was statistically significant the difference was statistically significant,there was no significant difference between the two groups in diagnostic specificity(OR=0.70,95%CI:0.44~1.13,P﹥0.05)and positive predictive value(OR=0.66,95%CI:0.43~1.01,P=0.05).Conclusion:If the diagnosis is not clear after the FNAB,BRAFV600 E detection was suggested to identify benign or malignant thyroid nodules.It may provide a reliable guidance for making treatment plan.
