Objective: To collect the clinical data of patients with parastomal hernia treated by Colorectal and hernia surgery in our hospital.A retrospective analysis of three different types was performed to discuss the feasibility of Lap-re-do preperitoneal keyhole to parastomal hernia repair. Methods: The medical records of 35 patients who underwent parastomal herniorrhaphy in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2013 to April,2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into Lap-re-do preperitoneal keyhole group(n = 11),Lap-re-do keyhole group(n = 11)and classic Keyhole group(n = 13).The patients were followed up for 3-36 months after operation. The hospital stay, operation time, hospitalization cost, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative pain verbal rating scale(VRS)and postoperative complications of the three groups were analyzed.Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 24.0.Results: All patients included according to the inclusion criteria had a successful operation. The general data of the patients were compared and analyzed. There was no statistical difference in gender, age and BMI between different groups(P > 0.05).There was no statistical difference in postoperative infection, hospital stay, and operation time(P > 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization costs, postoperative VRS scores, and postoperative recurrence rates.(P < 0.05),the Lap-re-do preperitoneal keyhole group and the Lap-re-do keyhole group had lower postoperative recurrence rates, and the Lap-re-do preperitoneal keyhole group had less postoperative pain, less intraoperative bleeding, and less patient cost. Conclusion: From the samples included in this study,Lap-re-do preperitoneal keyhole can not only ensure the therapeutic effect, but also reduce the postoperative pain, intraoperative blood loss and hospital costs of patients. However, due to shorter application time, small sample size and short follow-up time, the long-term therapeutic effect needs further observation.
