Objective:To investigate18F-FDG PET/CT in patients with adult-onset Still's disease?AOSD?imaging and its role in disease activity.Methods:45 patients who was diagnosed as AOSD were selected and underwent18F-FDG PET/CT.The clinical manifestations, laboratory examination and characteristics of 18F-FDG PET/CT were collected. Then the correlation between SUV intensity of spleen, bone marrow, lymph node and laboratory indexes, system scores were analyzed. At the same time,20 patients who underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT examination in our hospital were collected. The measurement data were expressed as X±S in accordance with normal distribution, and t-test was used for comparison between groups. If the distribution is non-normal,the median is used, and the rank-sum test is used for inter-group comparison.Results:18F-FDG accumulation occurred mainly in bone marrow?100%,SUV intensity:2.02±0.66?,Spleen?96%,SUV intensity:1.72±0.53?and lymph nodes?98%,SUV intensity:2.70±1.39?.The SUV intensity of bone marrow?lymphoma and spleen in the AOSD group was higher than that in the control group?P<0.05?.In addition,18F-FDG uptake can also occur in the pericardial pleural, parotid gland, thyroid, skin, joint esophagus and cardia.SUV intensity of bone marrow was significantly correlated with systemic score,ESR,c-reactive protein,WBC and NEU%?r=0.423?0.414?0.450?0.373?0.415,P<0.05?.SUV intensity of Spleen was significantly correlated with system score and LDH?r=0.423?0.304,P<0.05?.SUV intensity of Lymph node was significantly correlated with disease system score?r=0.321,P<0.05?.Conclusions:18F-FDG accumulation occurred mainly in bone marrow, spleen and lymph nodes.18F-FDG PET/CT may is helpful for monitoring of disease activity.
