Expression Of MiRNA-1205 In Lung Adenocarcinoma And Its Relationship With Prognosis

Purpose:There is increasing evidence that microRNA(miRNA)play an important role in lung cancer proliferation,epithelial-mesenchymal transformation and treatment response,and can be used as potential markers for the diagnosis and prognosis of various cancers.APC2 plays an inhibitory role in a variety of cancers,and the relationship between miR-1205 and APC2,as well as their expression and biological functions,has not been explored in LUAD.This study is the first to explore the relationship between LUAD and APC2 expression.Research methods:1.Fifty-four pairs of tumor and paracancer tissues from LUAD patients were collected.2.The expression of miR-1205 in LUAD tissues was detected by qPCR,and to explore the correlation between miR-1205 and patient prognosis.3.The expression of APC2 in LUAD tissues was detected by qPCR.4.The paired t-test was used to compare the mean of different experimental groups.Results: 1.QPCR results showed that the content of miR-1205 in LUAD tissues was higher than that in adjacent para-carcinoma tissues,and the differences between groups were statistically significant.2.The APC2 expression in tumor tissues was significantly lower than that in paracancer tissues.3.The expressions of miR-1205 and APC2 were significantly correlated with tumor size and TNM stage,but not with gender,age,distant metastasis or lymph node metastasis.4.The prognosis of patients with low miR-1205 expression was better than those with high expression.Conclusions: MiR-1205 may be a potential biomarker of LUAD and a target for drug action.
