Objective:To explore the influence of cardiac maximum dose on the prognosis of breast cancer patients after breast-conserving surgery. Methods: The retrospective study included 121 patients with breast cancer treated with postoperative radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2008 to January 2015.Since there were only 2cases of double breast cancer, the Left and right breast cancer were excluded according to the statistical formula.Kaplan-Meier method was used to obtain 5-year OS,Log-rank method for univariate analysis and Cox regression model for multivariate analysis.P<0.05 represents a statistically significant. Results: In the 121 patients,T stage,Lymph node metastasis,Clinical stage,PR,ECG status,Dmax were significantly associated with breast cancer radiotherapy OS but there was no significant difference in tumor location and whether anthracycline was used or not.In multivariate analysis, cardiac Dmax was the independent prognostic factor for breast cancer OS.In ?40 years old subgroup,II-III Subgroup and ECG status Subgroup cardiac Dmax was the independent prognostic factor for breast cancer OS.There was no statistical significance in the use of anthracycline. In ECG status Subgroup,The values of OS in patients with pre-existing abnormal ECG were lower than those with normal ECG5 years after breast-conserving radiotherapy, but there was no significant difference in the types of ECG abnormality..Conclusion: 1.The cardiac Dmax was the independent prognostic factor for breast cancer 5-year OS.2.The values of OS in patients with pre-existing abnormal ECG were lower than those with normal ECG 5 years after breast-conserving radiotherapy, but there was no significant relationship between the type of abnormal ECG and the prognosis.
