Objective: Henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)is a small vasculitis with purpura rash and IgA deposition in the glomerulus. At present, the International Study of Kidney Disease in Chlidren(ISKDC)is still the main classification of HSPN in children,so this thesis aims to discuss the relationship between clinical short-term and other relevant indicators and this pathological classification. Methods: The clinical data of 67 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis diagnosed by renal biopsy in the pediatrics department of the first affiliated hospital of China medical university from January 2011 to September 2018 were collected, and the relevant results were summarized by retrospective analysis.According to the pathological grade, the children were divided into < grade ? group and ? grade? group.Spss20.0and GraphPad Prism software were used for analysis.Chi-square test and Logistic regression were used to analyze the clinical indicators correlated with pathological grade.P < 0.05 indicates that there is a difference, and the difference is statistically significant. Results: 1.Univariate analysis showed that the time from the diagnosis of HSP to renal biopsy, the difference between the two groups in large amounts of proteinuria, amount of urinary microalbumin and ?1-MG were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Gender,age,BMI,the time from diagnosis of HSPN to renal biopsy, the time from HSP to HSPN,the number and severity of rash before renal biopsy, the presence of complications,?-MG,the presence of large amount of microscopic hematuria,CRP and IgE were all different between the two groups, but there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2.Multivariate analysis showed that the time from the diagnosis of HSP to renal biopsy and large amount of urinary microalbumin were independently correlated with the pathological grade. Conclusion: In this study,it was found that the time between the diagnosis of HSP and the renal biopsy was an short-term stage indicator that was significantly correlated with the severe pathological grade of ISKDC and was an independent risk factor.Meanwhile,it was found that > 410mg/L microalbumin was more sensitive to the prediction of severe pathological grade of ISKDC than large amount of proteinuria, and was also anindependent risk factor.
