Objective: We measured the plasma high mobility group protein 1(HMGB1),aimed to investigate the correlation between the HMGB1 and the coronary slow flow(CSF),evaluate the relationship between the HMGB1 and TIMI frame count, investigate the relationship between HMGB1 and TIMI frame count, and evaluate the ettect of using HMGB1 to predict CSF,and evaluated symptoms by Seattle Angina questionnaiire. Methods:We enrolled 68 patients from september 2017 to september 2018 in Cardiovascular Department of the first hospital of China Medical University, whose coronary angiography stenosis < 40%.We use TIMI Frame Count(TFC)method to evaluate coronary blood flow velocity.Patients were divided into two groups,in which at least TFC of one vascular > 27 frames were CSF group, with 38 patients(19 men,19 women, mean age 56.42±10.72 years). And TFC of all three vasculars? 27 frames were Control group, with 30patients(9 men,21 women, mean age 58.33±8.40 years).Compared general clinicaldata, seattle angina questionnaiire, echocardiography results, blood biochemical index and plasma HMGB1 levels between two groups.Results:1.The male proportion of CSF was significantly higher than the control group(50%vs.23.3%;P=0.025).2.The Physical Limitationof SAQ in the CSF group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P=0.037).3.The global longitudinal strain of the left ventricle, mitral valve early-diastolic velocity E,and the ratio of E and late-diastolic velocity A in the CSF group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P = 0.01).4.The HMGB1 of CSF was significantly higher than the control group(19.97 ±12.33ug/ml vs.13.58±5.63ug/ml;P= 0.006).5.The HMGB1 was positively correlated with m TFC(mean TFC,m TFC)(r=0.286,P=0.018),hscrp has no significant difference in two groups.6.The area under the curve predicted by HMGB1 was 0.717(P=0.001).The HMGB1>11.86ug/ml could predict CSF,with sensitivity of 94.74%and specificity of 53.33%.Conclusions:1.The physical limitation of SAQ and left ventricular systolic and diastolic function have reduced in patients with CSF.2.The HMGB1 of CSF was significantly higher and positively correlated with m TFC.3.The HMGB1<11.86ug/ml could detect CSF.
