Study On Pharmacodynamic Material Basis And Quality Control Of Chimonanthus Nitens Oliv

Chimonanthus nitens Oliv is a plant of Calycanthaceae Chimonanthus,which mainly contains flavonoids,volatile oils,alkaloids and terpenoids.In clinic,it mainly has the effects of treating cold,clearing heat and detoxification,anti-viral,anti-tussive,anti-hypertensive and so on.Therefore,it is very important for the pharmacodynamic material basis and quality control of Chimonanthus chinensis.However,the efficacy,pharmacology and quality control of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv reported in the literature are not in-depth in recent years.In order to deeply and comprehensively study the pharmacodynamic material basis and quality control of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv leaves,the following three aspects of work were carried out in this paper.(1)Study on anti-complement and antitussive activity of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv leaves.The 1:32 guinea pig serum was selected as the complement used in this experiment by the classical anti-complement system.Four different extraction parts of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv leaves were tested for anti-complement,and the results showed that the ethyl acetate extract had good anti-complement activity.The mouse cough model was established,and the different extraction parts of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv leaves were tested by the method of cough induced by concentrated ammonia.it was concluded that the ethyl acetate part had good antitussive activity.(2)Study on the chemical constituents of the leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.The chemical constituents in the leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv were isolated and identified by modern analytical instrument UPLC-Q-TOF-LC/MS.40 compounds were identified and 28 compounds were extracted from the leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.Through the study of the blood components of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv leaves,according to the comparison of retention time,the law of mass spectrometry fragmentation,fragment ion information and references,there are 15 prototype components into the blood.(3)Study on the quality control of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv leaves.The contents of9 components in the leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv leaves from 24 batches of different producing areas were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Through the investigation of linear regression,precision,stability and sample recovery,it is concluded that the method is simple and accurate.Secondly,the fingerprint of 24 batches of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv leaves was studied,and the common peaks were calibrated and the similarity was calculated,the results show that this method can be used for the quality control of Chimonanthusnitens Oliv leaves.To sum up,it is of great significance to use modern analytical instruments to explore the pharmacodynamic material basis and quality control of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv leaves in vivo and in vitro,which lays a foundation for the further development of the medicinal resources of Chimonanthus chinensis leaves.
