In recent years,China's aging problem is so serious that need to cause enough attention.According to statistics,the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the elderly is the highest.Research shows that the death rate of heart and brain thrombosis in the elderly in China may even be among the highest in the world.According to the disease of heart and brain hematic thromboembolism comes on special symptom,old people had better be able to achieve early detection,such ability can treat early,cure early,avoid to induce other disease.Oxygen saturation is an important physiological parameter,which is closely related to cardiovascular diseases,such as blood pressure and heart rate.For the detection and prevention of cardiovascular diseases,oxygen saturation is an important indicator.There is an urgent need to monitor oxygen saturation conveniently and efficiently.But now the main blood oxygen test,whether in hospital or at home,requires skin contact with the measurer,which is very inconvenient for some elderly people who are not easy to contact with skin.This requires a safe,efficient,easy to operate,accurate results of non-contact oxygen measurement technology.In this paper,a real-time measurement system based on video image is designed for the detection of oxygen saturation in the blood of the elderly,so that the elderly can measure their oxygen saturation in real time through non-contact optical lens at home.The main steps are: video acquisition,video frame preprocessing,highlight area detection and removal,signal processing,blood oxygen saturation calculation.The specific work contents of this paper are as follows:1.Three groups of experiments were conducted to analyze the whole face,the cheek region and the forehead,and the ROI of the face was selected for blood oxygen measurement.2.Through information search and investigation and interview of the elderly,skin characteristics of the elderly were studied.Sebaceous gland hyperplasia was found in the nose and forehead,and oil production and sweating were more likelythan in the young.And it has been proved theoretically that when using optical lens for non-contact blood oxygen measurement,the highlighted part of the skin will affect the blood oxygen measurement results.In order to solve the influence of the highlighted area on the measurement,this paper proposes to detect and remove the highlighted part first,and then calculate the blood oxygen according to the two-color reflection model.3.Euler color amplification and smoothing filter denoising signal processing were added in the measurement process to improve the accuracy of oxygen saturation measurement.Based on the above scheme,the measurement process of blood oxygen saturation is demonstrated.The effectiveness and stability of this method for the measurement of blood oxygen in the elderly were demonstrated by three comparative experiments with different lighting conditions,different distances and different ages.
