Objective:To investigate the expression and existence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and transcriptional signal transducers and activators 3(STAT3)and bladder cancer related protein gene protein(BLCAP)in cervical carcinoma significance.Methods:1.180 cases of cervical tissue were collected from the Department of Pathology of Anhui Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.The patients were 25-73 years old, with an average age of 51.75 ± 4.16 years.Examination and screening: 45 cases of normal cervical tissue(NCE),45 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)tissue,60 cases of cervical cancer(CC)tissue(78 cases of squamous cell carcinoma tissue,12 cases of adenocarcinoma tissue). The clinical data of all patients were complete. No radiochemotherapy or immunotherapy was performed before the study to ensure the objective authenticity of the study. The cervical histopathological examination of all patients was performed by the designated disease with high diagnostic experience.Confirmed by a physician and reviewed by at least two people to ensure the accuracy of the pathological diagnosis.2.Take normal cervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue, cervical cancer tissue, and use immunohistochemical Envision method to detect the expression of STAT3 and BLCAP in different tissues, and analyze the relationship between STAT3,BLCAP and cervical cancer.Results:1.When STAT3 showed tan or brown particles in the nucleus or cytoplasm,it was determined as a STAT3 positive expression cell, and STAT3 was expressed at low levels in normal cervical tissue and CIN tissue(the expression levels were 11.1% and 31.1%,respectively.However,the difference between the two was not statistically significant,P> 0.05),but it was expressed at a high level in cervical cancer tissues(66.7%).The positive expression rate of STAT3 in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues and CIN tissues.Statistically significant(all P<0.05).2.The expression level of STAT3 in cervical cancer tissues was positively correlated with the clinical stage, depth of invasion, and the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis, but it was not significantly associated with the patient's age, cervical histological grade and type.3.When BLCAP showed tan or brown particles in the nucleus or cytoplasm,it was determined to be a BLCAP-positive expressing cell.BLCAP was expressed at high levels in normal cervical tissue and CIN tissue(the expression levels were 95.6% and86.7%,respectively).However,the difference between the two is not statistically significant,P> 0.05),but it is expressed at a low level(51.1%)in cervical cancer tissues. The positive expression rate of BLCAP in cervical cancer tissues is significantly lower than that in normal cervical tissues and CIN tissues.Statistically significant(all P<0.05).4.The expression level of BLCAP in cervical cancer tissues was negatively correlated with the clinical stage, depth of invasion, and the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis, but it was not significantly associated with the patient's age, cervical histological grade, and type.5.There is a negative correlation between STAT3 and BLCAP expression in cervical cancer tissues(r =-0.580,P <0.001).Analysis and consideration of STAT3 and BLCAP play a negative regulatory role in the occurrence, proliferation and metastasis of cervical cancer.Conclusion:1.Upregulation of STAT3 expression and downregulation of BLCAP expression is one of the important reasons for the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer cells.2.The high expression of STAT3 is closely related to the abnormal expression of BLCAP,and both have negative regulatory effects. This connection may play an important role in the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
