| Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of valsartan sodium as a novel Enkephalin receptor inhibitor in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods From December 2018 to March 2019,60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of chronic heart failure and excluded the experimental contraindication were selected.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and Control Group,each group of 30 people.The patients in the observation group were given Valsartan sodium twice daily,starting at 50 mg and gradually increasing to 200 mg,or reaching the maximum tolerated dose,while the Control Group was given Valsartan 80-160 mg once daily for 5 months,The incidence of New York Heart Association,N-terminal b-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),Left Ventricular Ejection fraction(LVEF)and related adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.The statistical data were expressed as mean standard deviation s,independent sample t-test and paired t-test were used for inter-group comparison,N(%)for counter data and chi-square test for inter-group comparison,objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy of Sodium Valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Results The improvement of cardiac function,laboratory and imaging parameters in patients with chronic heart failure treated with valsartan sodium were significantly better than those in the control group,the incidence of side effects and adverse events was not significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion Compared with Valsartan,Valsartan sodium has better effect on improving patients' quality of life and improving ventricular ejection function,and its incidence of hypotension and hyperkalemia is not higher than that of traditional medicine.For patients With chronic Heart Failure(CHF),especially Heart Failure With Reduced Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(HFr EF)should be popularized. |
