Purpose: This study based on the current situation of the application of the prescription automatic screening system in the hospital questionnaire survey,to medical staff as a starting point,from different dimensions to find out the factors affecting medical personnel evaluation of prescription automatic screening system,build the theoretical model and carries on the empirical analysis,understand the defects of the system in application,according to the need to improve and perfect part,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to improve the application level of prescription automatic screening system and the medical staff to the satisfaction of the system,so as to promote the development of informatization technology in the field of medicine,to regulate the behavior of doctors' prescriptions at the same time,improve the level of rational drug use,It is of guiding significance to perfect the construction of hospital informatization.Methods:This study through literature query build the TOE with confluence model framework and HOT-Fit model integrated the H-TOE model as the theoretical model,technology-task matching model and rational behavior theory as the theoretical basis,from technology,organization,environment,put forward four dimensions of nine hypothesis,ease of use,compatibility,perceived benefits,high-level support,hospital informatization level,the external environment support,uncertainty,use attitude and subjective intention.With these nine hypotheses as influencing factors,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the medical personnel using the prescription automatic screening system in a grade a public hospital in Anhui province.Statistical analysis software was used to input and integrate the obtained data.Structural equation model was used as the data analysis method,and Mplus7.0 software was used to verify and empirically analyze the hypothesis of the theoretical model.Results :(1)Through data analysis,the questionnaire reliability is greater than 0.7 and validity is greater than 0.5,indicating that the questionnaire scale has good reliability and validity;The chi-square value of the model and the ratio of degrees of freedom were 2.376,reaching the significant level of 0.05.The other fitting indexes are better than the recommended values,indicating that the fitting degree of the model is good.Nine hypotheses proposed.(2)The ease of use,compatibility,perceived benefits,high-level support,hospital informatization level,the external environment support,use attitude and subjective intention P-values are less than 0.05,by the assumption that they are all for prescription automatic screening system to the medical personnel assessment has a positive effect,and uncertainty of the P-value is 0.086,is greater than 0.05 suggestion value,is not by assuming,don't think it have an effect on evaluation of prescription automatic screening system;(3)On the technical level,the path coefficients of ease of use and compatibility are 0.212 and 0.195,and the perceived benefit is 0.091,indicating that the research object attaches more importance to the ease of use and compatibility of the prescription automatic screening system,while the perceived benefit has less impact on the evaluation.At the organizational level,the path coefficients of high-level support and hospital informatization level are 0.123 and 0.112,indicating that high-level support has a greater impact on the research objects than the level of hospital informatization.At the environmental level,external environmental support has an important impact on the evaluation of prescription automatic screening system.At the personnel level,the use attitude and subjective intention also have important influence on the evaluation of prescription automatic screening system.Conclusions :(1)The technical dimension has the greatest influence on the evaluation of medical personnel in the prescription automatic screening system.The prescription automatic screening system that is easy to use and has a higher compatibility with the existing technology is easier to obtain a higher evaluation in the work use of medical personnel.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the system intelligence and optimize the system performance.(2)At the organizational level,senior leaders should support the application of the prescription automatic screening system in hospitals,and at the same time,hospitals should strengthen publicity and guidance,utilize the existing information infrastructure,and rationally allocate the fund investment of the prescription automatic screening system according to the actual needs.At the same time,the hospital information department should give full play to its functions,strengthen the maintenance and management of the monitoring system for rational drug use,and improve the performance of the prescription automatic screening system use level(3)Environment,policy support is of vital importance in the environmental dimension,through relevant government policy support for prescription automatic screening system,combined with the needs of the hospital internal environment,are converted to intrinsic motivation to promote rational drug use monitoring system development,so to both internal and external environment to promote prescription automatic screening system in the development of the industry;(4)Dimension reflects the importance of human resources and knowledge of employees the universality of prescription automatic screening system is very important to the development of hospital,medical staff should improve their knowledge accomplishment and technical ability to accept,the prescription automatic screening system should take active attitude and subjective intention,so as to promote the development of prescription automatic screening system.
