The Follow-up Checklist Construction Of Preventive Ileostomy Patients

Objective:On the purposes of providing a theoretical ground for clinical follow-up and quality control for nurses in follow-up care of patient with preventive ileostomy.In this research,we want to construct a scientific,standardized and localized checklist of preventive ileostomy follow-up and to confirm the contents of it by taking related research.Research Methods:1.Basing on the theory of Evidence-based to find the best evidence by searching the literatures.A systematic research was conducted in this document by searching the optimal clinical practices,clinical practice guides,systematic evaluations and related original researches.Using the quality evaluation method of Johns Hopkins literature was used to evaluate the quality of the literatures,JBI Evidence Grading System grades documents,then extract and summarize the evidence which to make the draft of the checklist.2.Delphi method:using Delphi method,23 expert letter consultation method was adopted to prepare a letter consultation questionnaire.the first draft follow-up checklist was amended and formulated through two rounds of expert consultation.3.Preliminary trials of a follow-up checklist for preventive ileostomy patients constructed to test the applicability of the checklist.Research Results:1.After literature search and screening,22 articles were consulted,including 6 guidelines,1systematic review,3 RCTs,8 type trials,2 qualitative studies,2 Review.Among them,there are 15 A documents,7 B documents.Based on the summary of the evidence and the results of the discussions of the research group,16 items were summarized.2.Though two rounds of expert consultation,the effective recovery rates of the questionnaire were 95.6% and 100%,both of which were more than 70%.The authoritative coefficients of the experts were 0.970 and 0.969,both of which were> 0.8.The coefficient of variation for the two rounds of entries is between 0-0.2275.The importance and operability harmonization coefficients of the first round of expert inquiry items were 0.120 and 0.131,respectively,and the importance and operability harmonization coefficients of the second round ofexpert inquiry items were 0.303 and 0.606,respectively,both P <0.001.Through Delphi expert consultation and discussion with the research group,a follow-up list of preventive ileostomy was formed,including 17 items.3.A preliminary test of the follow-up checklist for the preventive ileostomy patients was constructed to verify the good applicability of the checklist and to modify it.Research ConclusionThe checklist presented here was constructed basing on evidence-based nursing and Delphi method,which including 17 items.The construction process were scientific effective and distinct,and the list will provide a convenient way to clinical application and management,which subjected to further clinical application.
