Objective:Understand the basic situation of patients with condyloma acuminata who use photodynamic therapy in our hospital,explore the influencing factors of curative effect,improve the curative effect.Methods:We collected the clinical data of patients with condyloma acuminata who were diagnosed in the dermatology clinic and the STD clinic of Binzhou Medical University Hospital and used the three-stage photodynamic therapy from 2016.01-2017.08.And we randomly selected 50 people anser the Big Five Personality Questionnaire.Results:The cure rate of our photodynamic therapy is 96.3%.The monthly average number of treatments was 21.20±4.83 years,the average age was 33.93±11.47 years,the number of treatments per capita was 3.09±2.27 times,the per capita drug count was 2.63±1.04(118mg/piece),and the total dose per capita was 2192nw*min/cm2.There were 232 males with an average age of 33.40±11.19 years old and 191 females with an average age of 34.59±11.74 years old and a male to female ratio of 1.2:1.84.13%of female patients had more than one treatment site,and 61.49%of male patients had a single site.High-risk HPV is the most common type 16(the neck is very significant),and the low-risk is mainly type 6 and 11.45%of patients with other sexually transmitted diseases were infected with Gardnerella.The scores of the neuroticism of the patients who participated in the treatment were higher than those of the normal population.The scores of conscientiousness and agreeableness were lower than the normal population and related to the completion of treatment.74.43%of patients were cured after 3-6 treatments.Men,single site,one virus subtype,and no other sexually transmitted diseases were more likely to be cured.There was no significant correlation between age and type of viral infection and cure.Conclusions:There was a statistically significant correlation between gender,number of sites,number of infected subtypes,presence or absence of other sexually transmitted diseases,number of treatments,and treatment effect.The number of treatments per person was 3-6 times.Men,single site,one virus subtype,and noother sexually transmitted diseases were more likely to be cured.There was no significant correlation between age and type of viral infection and cure,the patient's completion of treatment was related to his personality.
