As China gradually enters an aging society,the number of elderly medical patients continues to increase,such as:ischemic stroke,senile dementia,hypertension,diabetes,lung infection,chronic emphysema.Due to the deterioration of physical fitness and function of the elderly,the self-care ability is reduced,and patients often need to stay in bed for a long time.Deep vein thrombosis is a common complication of long-term bedridden patients,if not prevented in time,it can cause emboli to fall off and cause pulmonary thromboembolism.The mortality caused by pulmonary embolism is as high as 30.0%,which seriously affects the quality of life and life safety of patients.Therefore,prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)is urgent and realistic.Diet therapy uses traditional Chinese medicine theory guidance.use the medicinal and edible plants to regulate the body function to prevent diseases,with economic,practical,no relevant adaptation taboos,and patients are more acceptable,and is gradually being applied to disease rehabilitation and preventive treatment.This study used the method of routine prevention+Huangqihongzao Decoction,and explore its preventive effect on deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with long-term bedridden.In order to find an economical,effective and safe DVT preventive measure for elderly patients with long-term bedridden,to reduce the incidence of lower extremity DVT on elderly patients with long-term bedridden,minimize mortality and reduce social family burden.Objective:To observe the effect of Huangqihongzao Decoction on the risk of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in bedridden patients,and to provide a reference for prevention of deep vein thrombosis in bedridden elderly people.Methods:80 elderly patients in our hospital from Febrary 2018 to Febrary 2019 were selected,randomly divided into intervention group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention measures,while the intervention group was given Huangqihongzao Decoction instead of tea on the basis of the control group.The changes of coagulation routine before treatment,30 days after treatment,60 days after treatment and 90 days after treatment were compared between the two groups.The changes of blood flow velocity of popliteal vein,deep femoral vein and posterior tibial vein were compared between the two groups before and 90 days after treatment,and the incidence of DVT symptoms and DVT were compared between the two groups 90 days after treatment:Result:(1)After 30 days,60 days and 90 days of treatment,the Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time(APTT)values of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The prothrombin time(PT)of the two groups was significantly improved than that before treatment(P<0.05).After 30 days,60 days and 90 days of treatment,the plasma D-dimer levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group after 30 days,60 days and 90 days of treatment(P<0.05).(2)The blood flow velocity of popliteal vein,deep femoral vein and posterior tibial vein in both groups increased significantly after 90 days of treatment(P<0.05).The blood flow velocity of popliteal vein,deep femoral vein and posterior tibial vein in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)90 days after treatment,1 patient(2.50%)with Homan's sign and 0 case(0.00%)with Neuhof sign occurred in the intervention group.In the control group,8 patients(20.00%)with Homan's sign and 3 patients(7.50%).with Neuhof,the incidence of Homan's sign in the control group was significantly higher than that in the intervention group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of Neuhof signs between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)90 days after treatment,there was no patient with DVT in the intervention group,while there was 1 patient with DVT in the control group.1 patient appeared blood stasis in the intervention group.However in control group,there were 4 patients with blood stasis.The incidence of DVT in the control group was higher than that in the intervention group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)During the 90-day treatment period,the total compliance rate of the elderly patients with long-term bed rest was 92.07%,and the overall compliance was better.Conclusion:(1)Both intervention methods can effectively reduce the plasma D-dimer levels.The plasma D-dimer levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group.(2)Huangqihongzao Decoction can accelerate the venous blood flow velocity of lower limbs and reduce the incidence of DVT.The effect of preventing DVT of lower limbs is higher than that of routine nursing.(3)Long-term bedridden elderly patients take Huangqihongzao Decoction with good compliance.
