Objective:1.Through the comprehensive and systematic retrospective analysis of the laboratory data of the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of the patients with heat stroke, find the laboratory indexes with the value of early diagnosis and early warning of the disease;2.Through the establishment of rat model of heat stroke, comfirm the damage to kidneys at the molecular level.Methods:1.Collected the medical records of 33 patients with heat stroke admitted to the General Hospital of Western Theater in the past 9 years, and divided them into survival group and death group according to the prognosis, and make a retrospective analysis of the patients' first test indexes;2.Simulate the temperature and humidity environment required by the experiment through an artificial climate box,to establish a model of heat stroke rats, and conduct pathological examination and serum biochemical index detection of the main tissues of rats.Result:1.The results of the first examination after admission of heat stroke patients showed that the abnormal rates of UA?AST?LDH??-HBDH?CK?Tn-Iand Mb were greater than 70%;2.Compared the death group with the survival group, the indexes of PT,APTT,TT,DD,SCr,UA,DBil,AST,LDH,?-HBDH,CK,Tn-I,CK-MB and Mb were significantly increased, while PLT,Fib and Na+were significantly reduced(P<0.05);3.Through the successful construction of heat stroke rat model,it is confirmed that heat stroke is more likely to occur in rats under the combined action of high temperature and high humidity, and the kidney damage of heat stroke rats is severe;4.There are 605 genes in the kidney of heat strokerats been significantly changed. The expressed gene profile is mainly enriched in MAPK signaling pathway, endoplasmic reticulum protein processing pathway and estrogen signaling pathway.Conclusion:1.Heat stroke has caused great damage to the body's systems and organ functions,of which the coagulation function, kidney function and heart function are seriously damaged;2.High temperature and high humidity environment exposure has a synergistic effect during the occurrence and development of heat stroke;3.Renal injury in heat stroke rats is accompanied by a large number of gene expression changes, which involve signal pathways related to the release of inflammatory factors and inflammation resistance.
