Objective:To investigate the expression of serum exosomal mir-92a in colorectal cancer(CRC)and its relationship with the prognosis of colorectal cancer. Methods:We used Real-time quantitative PCR to detect the expression of serum exosomal miR-92a in 78 patients with CRC and 75 healthy people. And we analyze the kaplan Meier-survival curve of the progress free overall survivaI(OS)of CRC patients with different miR-92a expression, and used the single factor analysis and multivariate Cox regression analysis to find the independent risk factors for colorectal cancer overall survival. Results:The expression of serum exosomal mir-92a in colorectal cancer patients was higher than that in healthy patients(P=0.000).The area under ROC curve(AUC)was 0.836 and the diagnostic sensitivity was 73.61%,and the specificity was 70.29%Compared with patients with low expression of miR-92a,patients with hign expression of miR-92a had a shorter OS(P=0.020).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed expression of miR-92a and TNM stage may be the independent risk factors for OS in patients with CRC.Conclusion:The expression of serum miR-92a in CRC cancer tissues is associated with CRC tumor progression and is also an important biomarker for predicting poor prognosis of long-term survival in patients with CRC.
