Objective To investigate the expression of the transcription factor Zinc Finger Protein 93(ZNF93)in serous ovarian cancer tissue and its possible biological functions in ovarian cancer cells to explore its role in serous ovarian cancer and its clinical significance.Method:1.The expression of ZNF93 in serous ovarian cancer was analyzed by TCGA,GEO database and immunohistochemistry, and its impact on the survival of ovarian cancer patients was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier Plotter and OncoLnc database.2.The effects of ZNF93 on the proliferation and migration of serous ovarian cancer cells were detected by CCK8,Transwell and plate cloning experiments.3.Prediction of the possible mechanism of ZNF93 in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer by GSEA biochemical analysis.Result:1.Multiple database analysis showed that ZNF93 was significantly higher in ovarian cancer than normal tissues, and patients with high expression of ZNF93 had a poor prognosis.2.Immunohistochemical results showed that the expression level of ZNF93 in serous ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in benign serous cystadenomas(P=0.001),and the expression rate increased significantly with clinical stages(P<0.001).3.CCK8 and Transwell results show that ZNF93 promotes the proliferation and migration of serous ovarian cancer cells.4.GSEA bioassay analysis ZNF93 may be related to MYC and G2/M signaling pathways in ovarian cancer.Conclusion:ZNF93 has the ability to promote proliferation and migration in serous ovarian cancer cells.Patients with high expression of ZNF93 had poor prognosis,is closely related to advanced ovarian cancer, and may become one of the biomarkers of poor prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.Figure[12]table[4]reference[26]...
