Medical pressure socks are a kind of medical products used for prevention and postoperative treatment of varicose veins.The effect is closely related to the type of pressure socks and the leg size of patients.The best therapeutic effect can be achieved by designing and manufacturing fit medical pressure socks according to the parameters of lower limb girth.At present,a series of body scanning systems have been launched on the market.They have the disadvantages of high price and large floor space.In view of this situation,in order to provide the parameters of leg circumference for enterprises to facilitate manufacturers to match the model of pressure socks,promote the customization of pressure socks to improve the treatment effect of pressure socks,and reduce the production cost of the system,this paper developed a system that can automatically measure the data of human leg circumference.Firstly,the hardware and software system for measurement of human leg size is developed based on the infrared scanning measurement principle.Secondly,the software program of the calibration and measurement process of the system infrared distance sensor is written by Lab VIEW,and the remote communication of data is realized by using TCP/IP transmission protocol.Hardware measurement,software data acquisition to remote transmission of the complete process.Finally,the measurement results of the system were verified by experiments.The experimental data showed that the measurement data had high accuracy and the results were stable.The results are of great significance to promotion of pressure socks.
