Objective:To explore the correlation between the expression of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase IDO,Ki-67 and p53 in cervical cancer tissues. Methods:The patients with cervical cancer who visited the gynecology clinic of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from August 2016 to December 2017 were collected and tested for high-risk HPV DNA by the HC-2 method.Among them, patients with high-risk HPV positive and pathologically diagnosed with cervical cancer, retained 15 cases of cervical lesions, which were classified as experimental group;patients with HPV negative,no cervical lesions but who needed hysterectomy, retained 15 cases of normal cervical tissue after surgery, classified as a control group. The collected specimens were fixed and preserved by paraformaldehyde. The expression of IDO,Ki-67 and p53 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Using SPSS 23.0 statistical software for analysis,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The expression of IDO in cervical cancer is significantly higher than that of normal cervical tissue, the positive rate of expression is 93.33%,?2=22.841,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.001);the expression of IDO is statistically different from the pathological type of cervical cancer(P=0.002),which was only positively expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma;the expression of IDO was not statistically different from the age of cervical cancer, degree of differentiation,FIGO stage, tumor invasion depth, and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).2.The expression of Ki-67 in cervical cancer is significantly higher than that of normal cervical tissue,,x2=30.000,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.001),the expression of Ki-67 is statistically different from the infiltration depth of cervical cancer(P=0.039);The expression of Ki-67 was not statistically different from the age of onset of cervical cancer, pathological type, degree of differentiation,FIGO stage, and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).3.The expression of p53 in cervical cancer is higher than normal cervical tissue,?2=10.909,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the expression of p53 is related to the age of onset of cervical cancer, pathological type,FIGO stage, depth of invasion and There was no statistical difference in lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).4.Through multi-factor correlation test of IDO,Ki-67,p53 and squamous cell-associated antigen and cervical cancer stage Ibl-IIIb clinical stage, only squamous cell-associated antigen has a significant relationship with advanced cervical cancer. The higher the cell-like antigen, the later the clinical stage of cervical cancer, which is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The positive expression of IDO,Ki-67 and p53 in cervical cancer is significantly higher than that of normal cervix, indicating that IDO,Ki-67 and p53 can be used as a marker for cervical cancer diagnosis, and the area under the curve of Ki-67 in the ROC curve of diagnosis The largest, the highest diagnostic efficiency.2.IDO can be used for the diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma.SCC in serum is correlated with advanced cervical cancer. The higher the SCC,the later the stage of cervical cancer.3.There is no clear correlation between IDO,Ki-67 and p53.
