Objectives:The prevalence of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)varies from region to region.This study uses the method of spatial statistics to explore the distribution of SLE in Yunnan Province,in order to find the areas with high incidence of SLE in Yunnan Province,and further analyze the influencing factors of SLE.The purpose of this study is to explore the epidemiological characteristics of SLE in Yunnan Province in order to provide reference for similar studies.Methods:To collect SLE cases in Yunnan Province from 2009 to 2018 and establish a geographic information database of SLE cases in Yunnan Province.Combined Spatial autocorrelation and Spatial scanning Statistics to analyze the Spatial Distribution of SLE in Yunnan Province.A case-control study was conducted on the population in high-prevalence area(Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture).Univariate and multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of SLE.Results:1.There is a significant positive spatial correlation in the prevalence of SLE in various counties of Yunnan Province.That is,there is a phenomenon of spatial aggregation.2.The spatial distribution of SLE in Yunnan Province shows three clustering patterns:high-high aggregation,high-low aggregation and low-low aggregation.3,The following counties in Yunnan Province show high aggregation of SLE:Wuhua District,Panlong District,Guandu District,Xishan District,Chenggong District,Dongchuan District,Jinning District,Anning District,Fumin County,Yiliang County,Songming County,Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County,Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County of Kunming;Shangri-La City,Deqin County and Weixi Lisu Autonomous County of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture;Huize County,Malong District,Zhanyi District,Qilin District and Xuanwei City of Qujing;Lufeng County in Chuxiong Prefecture;Yimen County of Yuxi;Gongshan Dulong Nu Autonomous County of Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture;Gucheng District and Yulong Naxi Autonomous County of Lijiang;Ninger Hani and Yi Autonomous County of Pu'er.4.The spatial distribution of SLE in Kunming and Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture showed obvious high aggregation.4.Long-term residence at high altitude is a risk factor for SLE,with an increased risk of living at an altitude of 3000 meters or more(OR 8.640,95%CI 1.029-72.564).Conclusions:1.There is a spatial aggregation of SLE in Yunnan Province.2.Kunming and Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture are the high concentration areas of SLE in Yunnan Province.3.Altitude is a risk factor for SLE.The risk of disease greater than or equal to 3000 meters above sea level increases.
