Fixed correction technique is one of the most mature and effective methods for the treatment of malocclusion deformities.The principle is that the restorative force generated by the deformation of the corrected archwire acts on the tooth through the bracket,and pulls the tooth to the target position.During the clinical treatment process,when the archwire slides along the bracket,friction will be generated.Due to the existence of friction,the corrective force applied to the orthodontic device can only be applied to the tooth to cause the biological reaction of periodontal tissue after overcoming the friction.Orthodontic doctors when choosing and the archwire slot,usually undertake choosing according to clinical experience,and if the friction between the various with the archwire and bracket slot number size,analysis of the parameters of the braces and arch wire,could help doctors predict the size of the actual orthodontic force,it can be provided to patients and doctors scientific prediction method,the realization of the aim of precision medical treatment and treatment planning.This paper has carried out the following research on the above problems.An effective orthodontic force prediction model for box archwire was established.Box archwire is divided into vertical effect box and positive axis function box,according to the vertical role box archwire and positive axis function box for teeth vertical and periodontal axial tilt movement characteristic,box archwire the action of the vertical curve,respectively,the horizontal arm orthodontic force,tooth axis on teeth can be vertical to play the role of down and out,horizontal arm effective orthodontic force prediction model is established.The force analysis of the curved horizontal arm with positive shaft action box can play a role in the correction of the tilted tooth shaft,and aneffective orthodontic distance prediction model is established.Finally,the force analysis of the vertical arm with box archwire was carried out,and an effective orthodontic force prediction model was established according to box archwire bending parameters,bow archwire section parameters and the mechanical relationship between orthodontic force and friction force.According to the characteristics of tooth movement,the experimental model of dentition shape and periodontal tissue was designed,and the simulation experimental model containing periodontal membrane and dentition was made.An effective orthodontic force prediction model for box archwire was established.Box archwire is divided into vertical effect box and positive axis function box,according to the vertical role Box archwire and positive axis function box for teeth vertical and periodontal axial tilt movement characteristic,according to box curved bending parameters,the parameters of the arch wire section and the mechanics of orthodontic force and friction force,effective orthodontic force prediction model is established.According to the characteristics of tooth movement,the experimental model of dentition shape and periodontal tissue was designed,and the simulation experimental model containing periodontal membrane and dentition was made.Finally,established the box archwire effective orthodontic force prediction model,simulation of tooth movement characteristics,measuring the box under the action of tooth movement distance,provide reference for process to doctors orthodontic tooth movement,it is a good way to help doctors choose the archwire and bracket slot,which can improve the efficiency of tooth movement,can achieve the goal of effective control of orthodontic force.
