Part Ⅰ:Study on the correlation between clinical characteristics and prognosis of pancreatic cancerObjective:To explore the clinical characteristics of pancreatic cancer related to prognosis.Methods:57 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital,Shandong University from January 2016 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were clearly diagnosed by surgical pathology or imaging.Of the 57 patients,30 were male and 27 were female. The collected data mainly included the patient’s gender, age, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, tumor location and size, degree of differentiation, liver metastasis and distant metastasis, peripancreatic invasion, pathological type, clinical stage, albumin level,BMI,CA199,treatment methods and other indicators. All data were collected mainly through hospital HIS system and telephone follow-up.Finally,the integrated data was substituted into SPSS 25.0 to get the results.Kaplan-meier method was used for univariate analysis.Cox’s proportional risk regression model was used for multivariate analysis. The survival curve was plotted by kaplan-meier method, and P<0.05 indicated statistical significance. Results:Use statistical methods to analyze 57 patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, single factor analysis showed the liver metastasis and distant metastasis(p=0.000),peripancreatic invasion(p=0.037)and clinical stage(p=0.000),CA199 levels(p=0.011),therapy method(p=0.000)are closely associated with the prognosis of pancreatic cancer.However,sex(p=0.764),age(p=0.457),hypertension(p=0.288),diabetes(P=0.732),coronary heart disease(p=0.626),tumor(size(p=0.435),location(p=0.307),the degree of differentiation(p=0.274),pathological types(p=0.368)),albumin level(p=0.766),BMI(P=0.767)have little to do with the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. The median survival time of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ(15 months)was significantly higher than that of stageⅢ-Ⅳ(4 months),and the median survival time of combined treatment based on radical surgery(14 months)was significantly higher than that of palliative surgery(5 months).Multivariate analysis showed that therapy method(p=0.002)and CA199 level(p=0.042)were closely related to the prognosis of pancreatic cancer and could be used as independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of pancreatic cancer Conclusion:Liver metastasis and distant metastasis, peripancreatic invasion,stage,CA199 level, and therapy methods are of great significance in the evaluation of prognosis of pancreatic cancer;therapy methods and CA199 level were independent risk factors for pancreatic cancer prognosis;combination therapy based on radical surgery can prolong patients’ median survival time and improve their prognosis.Part Ⅱ:The expression of cadherin-11 in pancreatic cancer and its correlations with clinical characteristicsObjective:By detecting the expression level of cadherinll in pancreatic cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,to analyze its correlation with clinical characteristics and provide new ideas for the therapy of pancreatic cancer. Methods:the pathological tissues of 79 patients with pancreatic cancer were collected and made into microarray.there were 79 cancer tissues and 69 adjacent tissues with 148 chip sites. The expression level of CDH11 was detected by immunohistochemical technique, and the expression intensity was determined by H-score score. The difference and correlation of CDH11 expression in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were analyzed, and the correlation between CDH11 expression and clinicopathological factors of pancreatic cancer was also analyzed. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS25.0.Results:CDH11 expression was not related to age, gender, tumor site, tumor size and distant metastasis(p>0.05),but related to clinical stage of pancreatic cancer, and stage Ⅱ was significantly higher than stage I(p<0.05);CDH11 expression in cancer tissues was different from that in adjacent tissues, and the expression in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(p<0.05);CDH11 expression in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues was highly positively correlated, and the higher the expression in cancer tissues, the higher the expression in adjacent tissues(correlation coefficient r=0.465,p<0.05).Conclusion:CDH11 expression increased in pancreatic cancer tissues, and the worse the stage, the higher the expression level of CDH11;CDH11 expression in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues, and the two were positively correlated;CDH11 may have been expressed in the early stage of pancreatic cancer and may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer cells.
