| Objective:This study objectively evaluated the clinical efficacy of plexus acupuncture electro acupuncture(EA)in treating male oligospermia,and provided clinical ideas and reliable basis for further promoting and expanding the motherland acupuncture therapy to treat this disease.It can improve routine semen parameters,sex hormone levels,and alleviate the anxiety and depression status of patients with oligospermia,and improve the fertility of men,so as to propose more effective and safer treatment plans for future clinical treatment of the diseaseMethods:One hundred patients with oligospermia were selected from the male outpatient department of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,50 cases in the treatment group and 50 cases in the control group.The treatment group received acupuncture electroacupuncture,and the control group received conventional acupuncture.Both groups were treated for two months.The comparison of semen parameters before and after treatment,the comparison of parameters of sex hormones,the comparison of the scores on the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD17)rates were observed and recorded.The results of the trial were analyzed statistically,and the clinical effect of plexus acupuncture electroacupuncture on oligozoospermia was discussed.Results:According to the inclusion,exclusion,exclusion,and shedding standards,100 patients were included,of which 48 patients were included in the treatment group,1 was lost to follow-up,and was excluded;1 case was not treated as required and excluded.A total of 47 patients were enrolled in the control group.Two patients were lost to follow-up after treatment and were eliminated.One patient was discontinued halfway and fell off.There was no statistically significant difference in the parameters of semen before treatment between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),and there was comparability;there was a statistically significant difference in the parameters of semen before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05),and the treatment group had a therapeutic effect;control The comparison of semen parameters before and after treatment in the group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment in the control group was effective;the comparison of semen parameters after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment effect was better than the treatment group.In the control group.The comparison of the parameters of sex hormones before treatment in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and comparable;the comparison of parameters of sex hormones before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group had a therapeutic effect;control The parameters of sex hormone levels before and after treatment in the group were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the control group was effective;the parameters of sex hormones in the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment effect was better than that of the treatment group.Control group There was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of anxiety and depression after treatment and before treatment.The scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the effect was more significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,patients in the two groups were followed up and statistics showed that 9 women in the treatment group successfully conceived with a pregnancy rate of 18.75%;4 women in the control group successfully conceived with a pregnancy rate of 8.5%.The clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients,the treatment group was cured in 6 cases,16 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,18 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 62.5%;the control group was cured in 3 cases,9 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,23 cases were ineffective,total Effective rate is 48.9%.Compared with the control group,the clinical treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Puncturing electro acupuncture treatment of oligozoospermia can significantly improve the conventional parameters of semen,improve sex hormone levels,relieve anxiety and depression in male infertility patients,and increase the spouse's pregnancy rate2.Conventional acupuncture treatment of oligozoospermia is effective in improving the conventional parameters of semen,improving sex hormone levels,and alleviating the anxiety and depression of infertility patients;3.Compared with conventional acupuncture therapy,plexipuncture electroacupuncture treatment has obvious advantages. |
