The use of microwave hyperthermia to treat tumor cells in the deep tissue of living organisms is one of the attempts and methods to solve some medical problems by biophysical means.In the process of microwave hyperthermia,microwave focusing is often used to concentrate energy to specific parts of the biological body through the microwave focusing device,and play a role of thermal ablation at specific positions.However,the above method often produces meaningless losses in the process of microwave transmission,so that after the energy is focused on the corresponding position,the field strength is weakened,and the strength after the field strength is also weakened,so that the effect of microwave hyperthermia is weakened.Based on the consideration of the above problems and the exploration and research of the interference theory of microwave focusing and electromagnetic wave,this paper attempts to explore and study the theory of microwave focusing by applying the interference principle of electromagnetic wave to microwave focusing from the perspective of the interference property of microwave.A simple microwave interferometric focusing device is designed by means of the fractional amplitude method to realize and verify the microwave interferometric focusing,so as to achieve the theoretical exploration and practice of the microwave focusing problem.Based on the above contents,the main research work of this paper is as follows:1.Based on the understanding of some theories of microwave focusing and the interference principle of electromagnetic wave,this paper tries to solve the problem of field strength weakening caused by energy loss during microwave focusing by studying and exploring the theory of applying the interference principle of electromagnetic wave to microwave focusing,namely the microwave interference focusing theory.2.The basic idea of designing microwave interferometric focusing by means of fractional amplitude method is put forward,that is,a simple microwave interferometric focusing device is designed by means of fractional amplitude method to verify microwave interferometric focusing.3.Through the practical design of simple microwave interference focusing device to actually explore the theory of microwave interference focusing.The first is to use software simulation,the preliminary design of an interference focusing device.The second is the physical production of the device,according to the results of the software simulation physical design,so that it meets the conditions of interference focus.Finally,the focusing effect of microwave interferometric focusing device is verified by focusing operation and measuring the focusing result.The final result is the strongest point of field strength formed by microwave interference focusing,namely the main focus,and the focusing area of secondary field strength of 15cm×14.7cm formed near the main focus.
