Objective : To investigate the short-term efficacy of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma based on X-ray barium meal,CT scan and MRI.To explore the short-term efficacy of PET-CT and MRI before and during the treatment and the efficacy of PET-CT and MRI.The relevance of the forecast. Methods: Thirty patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were enrolled in the study. After two cycles of induction chemotherapy,PET-CT was performed before and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and before and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,15 times of radiotherapy and 1 month after radiotherapy.CT scan and X-ray barium meal check. The coincidence rate of the comprehensive imaging standard corresponding to the barium meal,CT and MR evaluation criteria was analyzed, and the short-term efficacy prediction parameters were screened according to the comprehensive criteria. Results: Using pearson correlation analysis, the coincidence rate of the barley meal evaluation standard was 54.2%,the CT was 83.3%,the MR was 95.8%,the correlation coefficient was 0.691,0.869,0.960,respectively;the P value was 0.0062,0.0001 respectively.,0.0000;The chi-square value of the difference between CT,MR and barium meal is 0.85,and the P value is 0.654.Analysis of trend differences showed that the ADC value and DWI value of the three groups of patients significantly increased and decreased with the treatment(P less than 0.05),the SUVmax of the three groups before and during treatment decreased significantly(P less than 0.05),MTV Significant decrease in volume and TLG values occurred only in the CR and SD groups(P less than 0.05);The change rate of ADC value after treatment was positively correlated with curative effect(R=0.46,P=0.03);the rate of change in MTV treatment, the rate of change in SUVmax treatment, the rate of change in TLG treatment and the efficacy were negatively correlated(R=0.68,respectively).-0.71,-0.73,P are 0.00);there was a significant positive correlation between ?ADC and ?SUV before treatment,MTV and DWI before treatment,MTV and DWI during treatment(R = 0.486,0.577,0.720,respectively).P is 0.016,0.003,0.000);at the end of treatment,ADC>2.47,DWI volume ?15.28 and mid-term SUVmax?9.04,MTV volume ?20.55,TLG?87.95 is the critical value for judging the short-term efficacy. Conclusions: CT,MR and barium meal cannot be used as a substitute for comprehensive imaging to evaluate the short-term efficacy of radical chemoradiotherapy in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma;PET-CT metabolic parameters are closely related to MRI diffusion parameters;multiple biological parameters of PET and MRI(during treatment)SUVmax,MTV,TLG threshold and treatment end ADC threshold)predict the accuracy of short-term efficacy can reach more than 90%.
