To Analyze The Therapeutic Effect Of 86 Cases Of Uterine Scar Pregnancy

Obiective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of 86 patients with uterine scar pregnancy,and to focus on the clinical value of combined drug therapy.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2018,86 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy who were admitted to our department of obstetrics and gynecology during the period were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.43 cases.The control group received surgery alone(hysteroscopic combined with uterine surgery),and the observation group was given a combination of drugs and combined surgery(methotrexate incision combined with hysteroscopic surgery).The total clinical effective rate,blood-HCG changes,surgical indexes,postoperative recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.72%,statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood ?-HCG levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The blood ?-HCG levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 week,and 2 weeks after operation(P<0.05).The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were less than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,vaginal abnormal bleeding stop time,blood ?-HCG recovery time,and menstrual recovery time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.98%,which was significantly lower than 23.26%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of combined drug therapy for cesarean scar pregnancy is significant.The blood-HCG level is fast,the operation time is short,the amount of bleeding is small,and the postoperative recovery is fast.The postoperative complication rate is low and the treatment is safe.High sex,it is recommended to further promote in the clinic.
