Human brain is a complex and precise organ,which is divided into left brain and right brain.Left brain and right brain are connected by corpus callosum.The whole brain is divided into four parts: temporal lobe,occipital lobe,frontal lobe and parietal lobe.It can also be divided into brain,cerebellum,diencephalon and brain stem.Human brain is in charge of emotion,thinking and action.Different brain regions have both division of labor and cooperation to complete various emotional and cognitive activities together.People's research on human brain has never stopped.Scientists hope that by further understanding the structure and function of human brain,we can find ways to prevent and treat brain diseases,which will bring many benefits to human health.With the development of physics,interdisciplinary has become a new trend,and physics has been applied in more and more aspects.Nuclear medicine is one of the important applications of particle physics and nuclear physics in the field of life and health.Nuclear medicine,as an interdisciplinary subject,has promoted the development of medical treatment,and also spawned many application results.One of the most important results in imaging is MRI.Nuclear magnetic resonance(MRI)is a method of physical structure detection,which enables doctors to observe organ lesions through tissues.It is an effective research achievement in the field of life and health in physics.In many research methods,medical image is a powerful and effective research method.Medical imaging includes X-ray imaging,magnetic resonance imaging,positron emission imaging,etc.medical imaging can provide accurate and quantitative measurement for organs and tissues in terms of structure and function,and it has the advantages of safety,small harm to human body,small radiation,fast and convenient,and wide range of applicable people,becoming a widely used tool.With the development of technology,the phenomenon of interdisciplinary is becoming more and more obvious.In recent years,the interaction between biomedicine and computer science has become a trend.As a new discipline,the fieldof artificial intelligence has been widely concerned.To a certain extent,artificial intelligence makes machines have learning thinking similar to human brain,among which machine learning,as an important branch,plays a great role in various fields,such as pattern recognition,computer vision,natural language processing,etc.With the improvement of hardware level and the rise of big data,deep learning,which is good at massive data computing,has entered people's vision and been favored by people.How to combine this technology with biomedicine is an important problem.In order to solve this problem,people combine deep learning method with medical image,use intelligent method to analyze image,so as to bring inspiration to people,provide information to people from the perspective of machine,and contribute to the research of disease.The incidence rate and mortality rate of Alzheimer's disease and depression are among the highest in many brain diseases.As a mental disease that has been harming many people,people have invested a lot of manpower and resources to study these diseases.Although certain achievements have been achieved,there is still a long way to go before they can really conquer them.Alzheimer's disease is a kind of neurological disease,commonly known as Alzheimer's disease.The cause of Alzheimer's disease has not been known yet.It is characterized by memory disorder,executive dysfunction,personality and behavior changes.Ad is a neurodegenerative disease,involving changes in brain structure and function.The course of ad is long,8-10 years on average,and it has a wide range of hazards.The highest prevalence rate of ad above 65 years old is 30%.Depression is a kind of mental illness which is characterized by bad mood,slow thinking and negative and pessimistic mentality.It is mainly manifested as persistent depression,worthlessness,emptiness and suicidal tendency.About 400 million people worldwide suffer from depression,but only a small number of them seek treatment.The incidence rate of depression in China is around 5%,showing an upward trend.Depression is closely related to brain diseases,such as prefrontal lobe,amygdala,etc.To solve the problem of low recognition rate of the above diseases,this study uses artificial intelligence method to analyze MRI images,combines deep learning technology with medical images,inputs patients' structural images and functionalimages into neural networks,builds different kinds of neural networks by using the characteristics of different modal images,and then adjusts the parameters of the network model until the training is completed,Finally,the effect of the model is verified,and the goal of correctly separating patients and normal subjects from the input data is achieved.
