| Objective:Observe the effect of Yishen Tongluo method on early diabetic nephropathy patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type and its effect on inflammatory factors.Through the analysis and summary of the observation results,clarify the clinical effect of Yishen Tongluo method on this type of patients and explore the benefits Shentongluo method improves the correlation of inflammatory factors in early diabetic nephropathy with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:According to the selection criteria,60 eligible patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected,and they were divided into 2 groups by the principle of randomized control of clinical trials.Each group of 30 patients was a treatment group and a control group.The treatment plan of the control group was to intervene in their lifestyle,diabetes treatment and antihypertensive therapy(ARB),while the treatment plan of the treatment group was based on the control group,plus Chinese medicine decoction(Wuzi Yanzong Decoction plus Sanqi powder,Leech)Decoction,morning and evening,8 weeks).During treatment,monitor patients'glucose metabolism indicators(fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin),lipid metabolism indicators(total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein),kidney Changes in functional indicators(creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,cystatin C),urine protein indicators(urinary microalbumin,urine microalbumin/creatinine),hs-CRP,MCP-1,etc.Evaluate the curative effect by using the integral score table.This experiment uses SPSS 20 statistical data software.Results:1.TCM Syndrome Points:After statistical analysis,comparison between groups after treatment:A number of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly improved,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant improvement in sexual decline,no statistics Significance(P>0.05).Comparison within the group:All the symptoms of TCM in the treatment group were improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the symptoms of TCM in the control group were not significantly improved,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.Laboratory indicators:?After statistical analysis,comparison between groups after treatment:There were no significant differences in glucose metabolism indexes,blood lipid indexes,and renal function indexes between the treatment group and the control group,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparison within groups:There were no significant differences in glucose metabolism indexes,blood lipid indexes,and renal function indexes before and after treatment in the treatment group and in the control group,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).?After statistical analysis,comparison between groups after treatment:The urine protein index of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison within the group:The urine protein index before and after treatment in the treatment group decreased significantly and had a very high statistical significance(P<0.01),and the urine protein index before and after treatment in the control group also decreased and had a statistical significance(P<0.05).?After statistical analysis,comparison between groups after treatment:the inflammatory factor index of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,which had a very high statistical significance(P<0.01).Comparison within the group:The inflammatory factor index before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly decreased,which has a very high statistical significance(P<0.01),while the inflammatory factor index before and after treatment in the control group was not significantly decreased,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined with the results of the current trials,the clinical treatment of patients with early-stage diabetic nephropathy of the type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,using western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yishen Tongluo method is significantly better than that of western medicine alone On the one hand,it can improve the symptoms and signs of such patients and improve the quality of life.On the other hand,it may improve the urine protein and protect the kidney tissues by improving the body's inflammatory response and reducing the body's inflammatory factor levesyndrome differentiation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and early urine micro albumin in patients with diabetic nephropathy of early kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Protect kidney tissue and delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy. |
