Background: since the development of modern medicine, surgery has gradually developed to minimally invasive direction, and laparoscopic technology has gradually developed in surgery.Compared with other laparoscopic surgery, laparoscopic pancreatic surgery is carried out relatively late, mainly due to the deep location of pancreas, rich blood supply, and difficult exposure.Based on the long-term accumulation of laparoscopic surgery technology, our hospital has gradually carried out laparoscopic pancreatic surgery, which has basically become a more mature operation mode.In this study,15 patients with laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy(LDP)and 26 patients with open distal pancreatectomy(ODP)at the same time were studied, and the relevant information was compared,so as to get the advantages of abdominal endoscopy in pancreatectomy. Objective: To explore the advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic technique in pancreaticocerulectomy. Methods: from January 2015 to January 2018,the clinical data of 15 patients with laparoscopic pancreaticocery and 26 patients with open pancreaticocery were studied in the hepatobiliary surgery of the hospital,in order to obtain whether there was any difference between the intraoperative and postoperative complications and whether there was statistical significance. Results: There was no significant difference in basic information(gender, age, weight, basic disease and abdominal operation history)between the two groups(P >0.05).Among them, the postoperative hospitalization time and fasting time of patients in the laparoscopic group were less than those in the open group, the amount of bleeding in the operation was relatively less, and the postoperative inflammatory reaction was lighter than that in the open group, which had statistical significance(P <0.05);the operation time, the incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula and the incidence of postoperative total complications in the laparoscopic group were notstatistically different from those in the open group(P > 0.05)Conclusion: Laparoscopic pancreaticocerulectomy is a safe and effective surgical method, which can ensure the resection of the lesion compared with open surgery in hospital time, postoperative feeding time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative inflammatory response and recovery speed of patients have obvious advantages.
