Objective To investigate the changes of serum C-reactive protein, red blood cell distribution width and neutrophil /lymphocyte percentage in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and its clinical significance.Method One hundred and fifty patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Bengbu City(referred to as the Third Hospital)in2017.01-2019.05 were randomly selected and 100 patients with non-atrial fibrillation admitted to the Third Hospital in the same period were randomly selected as the control group. The six, ages, combined diseases, laboratory indicators of the two groups were recorded, and the differences between the two groups were compared. The atrial fibrillation group was classified according to the classification criteria of atrial fibrillation:(atrial fibrillation: current understanding and treatment recommendations-2018: Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation: atrial fibrillation terminated by self or intervention within 7 days after onset;persistent atrial fibrillation: atrial fibrillation lasting longer than 7 days;long-term persistent atrial fibrillation: atrial fibrillation lasting more than 1year;Permanent atrial fibrillation: The sinus rhythm cannot be maintained by the transfer, and the doctor and the patient ultimately decide to abandon recovery or maintenance.)50 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and non-paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(including persistent atrial fibrillation)100 cases of long-term persistent atrial fibrillation and permanent atrial fibrillation.Result There were no significant differences in age, gender, and combined disease between the two groups. The percentage of neutrophilic lymphocytes(NLR),red blood cell distribution(RDW)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the atrial fibrillation group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The red blood cell distribution width(RDW),C-reactive protein(CRP),and neutrophil percentage(NLR)in the atrial fibrillation subgroup were also statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that RDW NLR may be an independent predictor of atrial fibrillation. Conclusion 1.CRP、RDW and NLR are closely related to the occurrence of ono valvular atrial fibrillation.RDW and NLR may be independent predictors of the occurrence of atrial fibrillation.2.CRP、RDW and NLR are closely related to the duration of non-valvular atrial fibrillation.CRP、RDW and NLR in ono valvular atrial fibrillation group are higher than those in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group.
