Objective: To detect the clinical significance of USP22,FOXC1,and the coexpression of USP22 and FOXC1 in TNBC,to study their clinical significance,and to analyze the correlation,and to provide new ideas for judging the prognosis of TNBC patients.Methods: Collected case data of 86 TNBC patients,followed up regularly,immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to detect the presence of FOXC1 and USP22 in 86 cases of TNBC tissue,102 cases of non-special invasive breast cancer(NST),and 33 cases of normal paracancerous tissue,and the coexpression of USP22 and FOXC1 and the clinical pathological parameters of TNBC patients relationship and relevance to prognosis.The SPSS 24.0 software was used to study and analyze the data obtained,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results: There were high expressions of USP22 and FOXC1 in TNBC,but low expression in NST and normal paracancerous tissues,and the expressions of the three were statistically different(P<0.05),but the difference between USP22 and FOXC1 there was no obvious correlation between the expression(r=-0.001,P=0.991);the expression of USP22 in TNBC patients was related to the patient’s pathological grade(P=0.008),lymph node metastasis(P=0.004)significantly correlated,but not related to the patient’s age(P=0.170),TNM stage(P=0.189)and tumor size(P=0.124);FOXC1expression in TNBC patients was related to the patient’s pathological grade(P=0.021)and lymph node metastasis(P= 0.021)were significantly related,but not related to the patient’s age(P=0.196),TNM stage(P=0.851)and tumor size(P=0.351).In addition,patients with positive coexpression of USP22 and FOXC1 were significantly associated with pathological grade(P=0.031),lymph node metastasis(P=0.009)in patients with TNBC;Kaplan-Meier method was used for TNBC patients univariate survival analysis showed that USP22,FOXC1,USP22 and FOXC1 coexpression,tumor size,pathological grade,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,Ki-67 proliferation index were correlated with the prognosis of TNBC patients;Multivariate analysis showed that USP22,FOXC1,USP22 and FOXC1 co-expression,tumor size,pathological grade,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,Ki-67 proliferation index were independent prognostic factors affecting TNBC patients.Conclusion: The expression of USP22 and FOXC1 in TNBC is significantly higher than that of NST and paracancerous tissues,indicating that the two may be involved in the development of TNBC;the expression of USP22 and FOXC1 and the coexpression of the two together with the pathological grade and lymph node metastasis of TNBC patients is related,indicating that USP22 and FOXC1 may play a synergistic role in the invasion and metastasis of TNBC;the co-expression of USP22,FOXC1,and the two may be an independent prognostic factor in TNBC patients,which has certain reference value for the prognosis of TNBC.
