Objective:to conduct an Experimental research on the therapeutic effect of the massage of liquor spraying on bone fracture healing in Mongolian medicine and to further explore its effect and influence on the process of fracture healing. Methods:thirty New Zealand white rabbits, aged 10-12 months, weighing 2.5± 0.25 kg,male and female, were fed in the standard animal house, and the experiment began after 1 week of adaptive feeding.10 rabbits were randomly selected as the normal control group, and the remaining 20 rabbits were directly and violently caused the transverse fracture model of the left anterior limb bone.X-ray imaging confirmed that the model of the transverse fracture of the anterior limb bone of the rabbits was successfully established. The fracture model rabbits were divided into the model group and the liquor spray massage group, with 10 rabbits in each group. In the model group, the left anterior limb bone transverse fracture was treated by external fixation with small splint without any treatment. In the experimental group, the left anterior limb bone transverse fracture was treated by liquor spray massage therapy once a day after external fixation with small splint.Began after the experiment building, after the experiment 2 w,4 w,6 w respectively for each group of big rabbit fracture position X-ray imaging evaluation, fully automatic biochemical instrument detection in serum calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P)content and alkaline phosphate kinase(AlP)activity, and enzyme league immunoassay(ELISA)for determination of BMP in serum, and transforming growth factor beta, fibroblast growth factor, the content of insulin growth factor and platelet derived factor, and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Influence of X-ray results:at 2w after the experiment, the line of the fracture end edge of the experimental group was blurred. At the 4w,the callus at the fracture end increased and the edge nearly disappeared. At 6w,callus filled the fracture defect and completely healed.2.Effects of liquor spray massage therapy on biochemical indicators:the serum levels of calcium and phosphorus in the experimental group gradually increased, significantly higher than that in the model group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ALP activity tended to rise first and then decline, and was significantly more significant than that in other groups(P<0.05).3.The spray liquor massage therapy effect on bone growth factor:experiment(2 w,4 w,6 w)group and normal control group in serum of BMP,transforming growth factor beta, fibroblast growth factor, the content of insulin growth factor and platelet derived factor were higher than that of model group, had significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Mongolian medicine liquor spraying massage therapy can regulate the contents of serum calcium(Ca)phosphorus(P)and serum phosphokinase(ALP),accelerate the deposition of calcium salts, promote the increase of fibrous tissue in the fracture healing site, accelerate the formation of bone callus, shorten the fracture healing cycle, and have a stabbing effect on the healing and repair of fractures.2.Mongolian medicine liquor spraying massage therapy can regulate the synthesis and secretion of bone growth factor in peripheral blood, promote the expression of bone morphogenetic protein, transformed growth factor, insulin growth factor, fibroblast growth factor and platelet-derived long factor, and promote fracture healing by affecting bone growth factor.3.Through this experimental study,it is further proved that Mongolian medicine liquor spraying massage therapy can promote the fracture healing process and provide a scientific basis.
