Objective: The survival period of patients with glioma is short, the prognosis is poor, improving the prognosis of patients is one of the important challenges we are facing. The purpose of this paper is to study the related factors that affect the prognosis of patients with glioma, and to provide reference for clinical workMethods:From January 2016 to December 2018,patients with gliomas who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College were selected as the research objects, and the data were analyzed retrospectively, and the basic data of patients, such as age, pathological grade, were analyzed by single factor analysis method, and Kaplan Meier was used Methods to draw the corresponding survival curve, evaluate the quality of life of patients, and use logistic regression analysis to explore the relevant factors affecting the prognosis of patients. Results: 1.Single factor analysis showed that when the age of patients was less than 40 years old,the pathological grade was I-II,the surgical resection level was total resection, the tumor diameter was less than or equal to 5 cm,and radiotherapy and chemotherapy were carried out simultaneously, the survival time of patients was longer(P < 0.05).2.The results of multivariate analysis showed that age, pathological grade, degree of surgical resection and other factors would affect the quality of life and prognosis of patients in various time periods. Conclusion: In the course of rehabilitation, age, surgical resection degree, pathological grade, tumor maximum diameter and synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy will have an important impact on the prognosis of patients.
