Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Bromhidrosis By Local Injection Of Botox A Or Compound Heamorrhoidlysant

Objective:Through local injection of botulinum toxin type A(btx-a)or compound Heamorrhoidlysant in the treatment of bromhidrosis,the efficacy and safety of the two drugs in the treatment of bromhidrosis were systematically evaluated in terms of efficacy,complications,recurrence rate and other aspects,providing reference for clinical research and application.Methods:Seventy cases will be included in the standard random number,the treatment group and control group,35 cases in treatment group to type A botulinum toxin intradermal injection treatment,the control to the compound Heamorrhoidlysant subcutaneous injection treatment,postoperative one week,three month,six month,nine month follow-up,recovery and complications in patients with records,observation curative effect and complications and recurrence rate,then statistical analysis was performed.Results:Treatment after the treatment group and control group total effective rate were 100%,treatment group 30 cases of recovery(85.71%),4 cases were markedly improved(11.43%),effective in 1 case(2.86%),invalid 0 cases,control group 35 cases,cured 32 cases(91.43%),3 cases were markedly improved(8.57%),effective 0 cases,0 no effect,the clinical efficacy of two group were significant,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.A total of 22 patients(62.86%)in the control group had complications,and many of them had multiple complications,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01);Through 9 months of follow-up,found a total of 30 cases of treatment group(85.71%),recurrence,and the average duration of efficacy was(6.37±1.40)months,including 20 cases (66.67%)received secondary treatment,the recurrence of the control group there were 2 cases(5.71%),recurrence rate treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).A satisfaction survey was conducted 9months after the operation.According to the subjective evaluation of the patients,a total of 23patients(65.71%)were satisfied and 12(34.29%)were dissatisfied in the treatment group,32(91.43%)were satisfied in the control group,and 3(8.57%)were dissatisfied in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: although the recurrence rate of botulinum toxin type A group is high,it is effective,safe and has few complications,which is suitable for clinical promotion.In Heamorrhoidlysant injection group,the incidence of postoperative complications was high,but the curative effect was significant,the duration was long,the price was favorable,and the patient satisfaction was high.The clinical treatment could be selected according to the efficacy,complications,recurrence rate,price,and the patient's willingness.
