Clinical Observation Of Jiangni Ditan Decoction On Phlegm Heat Upset Type Hypertension In Senile Patients

Objective:Through the treatment of Jiangni Ditan Decoction on the elderly patients with primary hypertension of phlegm heat disturbance type,to observe its effect on TCM symptoms,clinic blood pressure,ambulatory blood pressure,CRP,IL-6 and related indicators of patients’ quality of life,to explore the therapeutic effect of Jiangni Ditan Decoction on the elderly patients with primary hypertension of phlegm heat disturbance type,in order to further optimize the formula,guide standardized medication and improve clinical efficacy Provide new theoretical basis.Methods: According to the principle of random control,72 cases of elderly patients with essential hypertension were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with traditional western medicine,and the control group was treated with traditional western medicine.One course of treatment was 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes,the blood pressure in the clinic,24-hour average systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,pulse pressure,CRP,IL-6 and quality of life of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Through the analysis and summary of the above data,the therapeutic effect of Jiangni Ditan Decoction on the elderly with primary hypertension of phlegm heat disturbance type was evaluated.Results:60 cases were completed in this study。(1)The scores of vertigo,dizziness,stomachache,irritability,palpitation,greasy fur and total scores in the control group were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01)In the treatment group,vertigo,head weight such as wrapping,bitter mouth,irritability,palpitation,insomnia,chest distress,constipation,red tongue,fat tongue,yellow greasy fur,slippery pulse,number of pulse and total score were lower than those before treatment,the difference was significant(P <0.01).Compared with the control group,the treatment group’s mouth pain,irritability,chest distress,fat tongue,yellow greasy fur,slippery pulse,number of pulse and total score were lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P <0.01).(2)Compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,24-hour mean systolic blood pressure and 24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure in the control group decreased significantly(P ≤0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,24-hour mean systolic blood pressure,24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.01).The systolic blood pressure,24-hour mean systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P ≤ 0.05).(3)The levels of CRP and IL-6 in the control group and the treatment group were significantly lower than before(P <0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.01).(4)The quality of life scores in the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P ≤0.05),except for physical symptoms and physical symptoms(P < 0.01).The scores of physiological symptoms,somatization symptoms,sleep and working state in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P ≤0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,there were 1 case of abdominal distention and abdominal pain,2 cases of panic and chest distress.The relationship with drugs was uncertain,and they were all tolerable.No special treatment was given to relieve the adverse reactions,and no other obvious adverse reactions were observed.In this study,60 cases were completed.Vital signs,ECG,blood,urine,fecal routine + occult blood,liver and kidney functions,blood lipids,electrolytes were basically the same before treatment and at the end of treatment.No significant abnormal changes were found.Conclusion: The combination of Jiangni Ditan Decoction and Western medicine can significantly improve the syndrome effect of senile essential hypertension patients with phlegm heat disturbance in vertigo,heavy head,bitter mouth,irritability,palpitation,insomnia,chest distress,constipation,scarlet,fat tongue,yellow and greasy fur,slipperypulse and several pulse;reduce the blood pressure,24-hour average systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,pulse pressure and CRP,IL-6 levels;improve Quality of life.It embodies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and has the value of promotion.
